"Very clean property! However, it is not for anyone with mobility impairments. The one bathroom is on the 1st floor and the two bedrooms are up steep stairs. This separation makes going to the bathroom from your bedroom inconvenient. There is also a basement with cement steps adjacent to the bathroom. The basement door to the inside of the home does not lock. There is a secondary door down in the basement itself that locks from the inside but we were unsure about outsider access. "Our overall experience was wonderful. Communication with the owner was great and it was a perfect location. The kitchen had everything we needed and we sat on the little porch, which was nice too. The only thing I would recommend is more shampoo and body soap. There was only one little bottle and it was only half full, and there was four of us. "The room and building is exactly as described and fulfilled what we needed. The room and bathroom were clean and well stocked. The common area and bathrooms were cleaned daily. A great choice if you are comfortable with minimalism and prioritize proximity to stores and events rather than amenities. Security is comforting. "

"The room was nice, exactly as advertised. The staff members were very responsive via texts. Overall I had no major complaints. However, the maintenance/cleaning crew only took out the trash and didn’t make any effort to actually clean/arrange the room mid-stay. Overall, great stay"
