"Rooms do not have AC instead you are given a fan , which isn't sufficient when it's 31 degrees outside. Water pressure was low in our room so we could not shower until after 2pm despite reporting the issue at 10am. The room we were given was on the ground floor and did not have an outdoor area therefore we were unable to use this to dry our clothes outside in the warm weather. "Great location with easy access to several Underground Trains. Wi-Fi worked very well. We had trouble with the TV in the bedroom at it was replaced after we notified the front desk. We were on the 5th floor and did not have trouble with the noise...but it is there for those that are light sleepers. Great to have a kitchen and washer for clothes. Very helpful indeed."
