"We stayed there for 10 nights and cleaning was provided after 5 days only once.
They took a deposit of 100 pounds to be refunded afterwards. But few hours after checkout they charged the 100 pounds for cleaning the room as according to them we did not leave it clean enough . We have previously stayed in places where we have left trash behind like empty bags empty water bottles but have never been charged. Nothing was damaged/soiled or broken there.Also there were few dishes which were not...

"The premier studio suite advertises “Sleeps 3” on Expedia, and as “1 Bedroom”. On their own website it says “Sleeps 2” for the same room type. There is only 1 bed, no separate room, and a couch which does not pull out nor is sleepable. Ended up having to sleep on the floor with no alternate accommodation options or compensation."
