"Our second visit to this delightful establishment. The setting and surrounding area is so pretty, plenty of parking spaces and an easy walk to the nearby bar and restaurant. The staff are so welcoming and have time to talk to you, most important in my opinion Checking in was easy. "Mainly pleasant stay except for the miniscule shower room with no hand soap provided and only cold or lukewarm water from the shower. I asked the staff to look at the shower but they were unable to resolve this issue. Not fun for a whole week."

"Stunning views to Pendle Hill from our room, friendly staff and an excellent dinner and breakfast. This was a much-needed short getaway and, with a great day’s walking today during which we hardly saw soul, was everything we’d hoped for. We will return. "

"Staff, reception, chamberstaff, dining, very helpfull & attentive. Room was spotlessly clean, but had two issues. Room had a portion of ceiling dropped to 6 feet near bed, this was a King room, so not acceptable as would injure head. Mirror which was full length, good, as wedding guests would wish to check full attire, but was in corridoor area of room & no lighting, dark. Shame as plug was there for hairdryer. Not really suitable for face & or hair amendments. Would stay there again as...
