"Worse check in experience I’ve ever had. Self check in didn’t work and there was no one at front desk for a period of time. When he did arrive he showed complete disinterest while also assisting to clients at once and actually helping neither. He didn’t care, was rude and was completely useless, including failing to provide a receipt or confirmation of charge for an additional charge of $35 he requested.

"Overall, I would def. stay here again. The listing pictures were just what we got. We traveled to NYC as a family of 5, 2 kids 1 toddler and the beds in our room were a lifesaver, plenty of room. We had a nice view and it was located in a great area! Everything was just blocks away. (it is NY, so you are walking 90%of the time anyway) Time square was about 10 blocks but so much to see in between it did not feel far. The parking situation was a little stressful since there is no onsite parking....
