The downstairs area is designed with your comfort in mind. The living area boasts a double sofa bed, providing extra sleeping arrangements or a cozy spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Adjacent to the lounge is a dining table where you can enjoy meals or gather for a social gathering.

An allocated parking space is available for guests. It is the first space on the right after passing the foundry building. This space is reserved for your use.

In addition to the allocated parking, there is plenty of on-street parking available outside the property if needed. Guests can utilize these spaces if arriving with more than one car.



Access to the Property:



Upon arrival, guests will find the black door pictured in the main photograph open, allowing easy entry.

The apartment is accessed through the first door on the right, which can be reached by climbing a few steps in the atrium area.

For the convenience of our guests, a key safe is located to the right of the apartment door. Guests can retrieve the key to the property from the bottom key safe using the provided instructions.

Rest assured that the allocated parking, atrium area, and key safe ensure a seamless and hassle-free check-in process, allowing you to settle in and start enjoying your stay right away.
