"Perfect little cabin for our Anniversary getaway! Super clean, just as pictured and the host was very responsive. Location is perfect for visiting the falls in the area, and you’d never know that you’re in a little town. So peaceful! "

"Clean nice private area to relax enjoyed the outdoor fireplace area location is close to Cookeville and surrounding falls areas only improvements would be an upstairs restroom had to leave couple days earlier than planned but enjoyed the stay"

"This was a lovely, quiet and very comfortable cottage just outside of Cookeville, TN situated in a very private area of a small mountain. Tastefully decorated, comfortable furniture, a full kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals, and a great backyard with a fire pit made this stay so, so wonderful. We were celebrating our 33 wedding anniversary and we wanted to just get away and do some hiking & see waterfalls at the three State Parks that are a short drive. The hosts were very...

"Very clean and very remote. Had a great stay. Loved the arcade games. The air conditioners were a bit loud but certainly not an issue. Had plenty of hot water for showers. Loved that there is a coffee machine in the loft bedroom and it’s own balcony."

"Check in was very easy and accessible. Property felt so safe in the gated community. The kitchen, rooms, hot tub, everything was so clean! Very cozy."

"We had a wonderful time at the property . It was a family vacation so it was so nice to be able to have our separate spaces and still come together for meals and family nights by the fire pit and the back porch area was amazing .for gang out and talk and play games .Our grandkids and dogs loved having the property to our selves and feeding the goats and donkeys defiantly was an added bonus to our stay .we will defiantly make this an annual vacay . "

"We loved the beautiful yard for our dog and space for her to run and you can’t see the neighboring homes. Great views. The home’s very clean and has nice kuerig pods, and some extras for guest to use for cooking. No cell service,our phones said SOS but WiFi works ok. It is out in the country though so to go to restaurants - it was about a 20 min drive. There was a cow and a donkey that came for visits at the property fence. There was a a bit of a musty smell to the home and the staircase going...

"Our annual lake trip. This house is a wonderful place for a family vacation. The check in process was easy and accurate. The house has everything you would need for a wonderful time."

"Absolutely wonderful!! Close to explorer waterfalls, caverns, and Marina's!! Such a treat to return to the beautiful seclusion of a cute cozy cabin with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing getaway!!"

"This is by far the best place we have stayed in. We were there Aug. 18-23 Our family, daughter, son in law and 2 grands met us there to celebrate husband/dad's retirement. The accommodations were top notch. The enclosed porch was a favorite spot. And with a beautiful kitchen so well equipped there was no reason to go out to eat. "

"Such a pleasant surprise! It was so welcoming and everything was thought of for you in advance. I wish we could have stayed longer and look forward to another visit in the future!"

"After having problems getting into the cabin our stay went very well. The drive getting to the cabin was a little rough but we took it slow and had no problems. The highlight of our stay was sitting on the deck listening to the birds. The cabin is secluded and is so quiet and peaceful. We’d love to come back sometime. "

"Property was very nice and calm even though it’s on the main highway. Traffic did not disrupt… the cabin is far off the road and blocked by trees. Queen bed comfortable memory foam type mattress. Upstairs mattress could be upgraded. All kitchen amenities were there that we needed. Cable tv but no apps on the tv. Nice back porch I wish we’d used more:)Great proximity to hiking all directions. Get groceries before you check in.Host was very responsive and helpful."
