"Anyone looking for a peaceful getaway should check out this little gem. Tucked away with a couple of other cabins, this rental made us feel like we were alone, deep in the woods, when in reality it took us less than 20 minutes to get downtown. Perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. We even had DoorDash deliver with no problems. We would definitely stay again. "

"The house was very clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained, which we really appreciated during our stay. However, there were two downsides to be aware of. First, after booking, the owner asked us to pay an extra money for cleaning fee, even though it was not clearly listed in the Expedia booking details. I chose not to argue since I didn’t want to ruin our family trip, but future guests should expect additional charges. Second, privacy was an issue the owner lives in the basement, and it felt...

Had a small issue with not getting the actual unit # but was rectified immediately late at night with host who called immediately when error was brought to his attention. I would have zero reservations about renting this unit again and look forward to another stay when we visit my daughter at HPU! Thanks Don!"

"1st I thought we'd be alone in the building, the tenant next door cooked fish and our whole unit stunk, the smell stayed our entire stay. The neighbors dogs barked constantly especially at night. The walls are so thin you could hear everything next door. The sofa smelled like dirty dogs. The swimming pool is a rusting tub and the backyard was a mess. Very unhappy with the stay, the worst one I've ever rented."
