The Bishop House provides an unparalleled Walla Walla experience with close proximity to downtown, great entertaining space on a large, private lot, one of the biggest pools in town and perfectly furnished guest rooms.

POOL SEASON: May 1 -September 30 (Pool is closed October through April)

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: All guests/visitors must be 12+ years old. Insurance does not allow non-swimming children.


Cancellations: A 4% merchant service processing fee will be applied to all cancellations.

Nice apartment. Stayed 5 nights. Quiet apartment except for Saturday night beer garden across the street. But that noise stopped before 11 pm.Each bathroom has jut 1 small bar of soap and no wash clothes. So bring/buy some soap and washcloth. The shower had no place to put shampoo; conditioner, or grab bar. Mgmt needs to add grab bar and shower caddy.Would stay here again. It was just blocks from our friend's apartment. Great restaurant (Ted's) down the street.

Wonderfully appointed house for 3 couples

The kitchen is stocked beyond anything you'd expect, the linens are good, the furniture was nice, everything was in good repair and the house was very clean. It has a family room off the kitchen and a living room as well. The yard was lovely and although it wasn't warm enough to swim, we enjoyed sitting in the sun. There are 8 lounge chairs, a table with 6 chairs as well as a conversational patio area so lots of room for many people. Pool towels were provided. It was overall a very good experience.

Great location

Overall a nice property with nice amenities. Pool was in average condition, AC turned off automatically at night and it got hot, particularly upstairs otherwise we enjoyed our stay!

Quintessential Ladies Weekend Home

Loved this property for five childhood girlfriends, 50 years in the making. The attention to detail, decor and service was evident the moment we arrived. Thank you so much for a lovely getaway.

All you could hope for!

Visiting family in town and we had such fun at the Bishop House! A lovely home to relax, reconnect, and enjoy the company of friends and/or family. Comfortable beds, wonderful kitchen, comfy living spaces, and amazing (all that you could hope for and more!) backyard pool.

Amazing place to stay

This house was the best place to stay for our group of girls. The house had everything and more. The little touches made a huge difference. Such as, Kleenex boxes, fully stocked kitchen, towels, air freshener, and labels. The place was very clean and the setup was adorable. There was plenty of room in the house and outside by the pool. The location was perfect and the neighborhood was adorable. This was one of the best experiences we’ve had at a rental and would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Property

Teri’s house is absolutely beautiful and perfectly located. It was about a mile walk to downtown Walla Walla through the lovely neighborhood. There were 8 of us in the house and we had plenty of room and amenities. The backyard and pool were great, but there was plenty of room for indoor entertaining when we had to escape some thunder storms. Highly recommend!

Amazing Place!

We had an absolutely amazing time at this house. From top to bottom the place was spotless. There was everything you could think of that you would need from kitchen appliances, towels and linens down to the bath supplies to make you feel like your staying at a 5 star hotel. We will be back for sure! Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

A Perfect Thanksgiving

My family (7 adults) celebrated an early Thanksgiving at the Bishop House. If you want to cook, this is the house for you. The kitchen is equipped with everything, including a six burner, double oven Dacor stove. The convection oven made the best turkey (17 lbs) I’ve ever cooked! A warming drawer? Who knew? Now I want one! We also used the gas grill and the pass-through window from outside. Nice, big dining room! Perfect. Comfy beds, lots of towels and plenty of hot water. Location is great. Everything is a five minute drive and even a small grocery store within walking distance. Fabulous neighborhood walks in all directions. The fall colors were gorgeous! Our one issue was the lighting. Or lack of. This would not be a problem in the summer but it gets dark at 4:30 in the winter. The one glaring overhead light in dining room needs to be on a dimmer (same in family room). A few scattered lamps have dark shades or are pole lights. We had to move lamps from room to room. Adding lamps and dimmers would go a long way. Alexa (property manager) is great. We would stay there again.

Classic Walla Walla House

Lovely weekend in Walla Walla! Comfortable, clean and welcoming house. Kitchen well stocked! Should be noted one of the 4 bedrooms is in the basement. Would love to come back in summer to enjoy pool and outdoors.

Girls wine tasting trip

The house was great, location was perfect. The night we arrived the house was 58 degrees. We turned on the heat and waited — it blew cold air. I texted Alexa the property manager as the notes said to do - expecting she could do nothing until the next day since it was late on Friday . We all slept in socks and jackets. The next morning we confirmed the thermostat was set correctly and Alexa said heat had not been turned on since last season. She got a handy man to come out who found that a fuse had blown and said the house would be warm when we got back from wine tasting. Sadly the house was 60 degrees when we got home. I texted Alexa who told me there was nothing she could do about it and then she stopped responding completely to my texts. So our night was cut short because we were freezing and wearing jackets with towels over us as blankets . Just a bummer that she was so rude about it - the house was great other than cold.
