"The location was perfect. Loved to house. Very clean. Beds were super comfortable!! Everything we needed. One suggestion. There is a side window in the master bedroom and very sheer curtains. People left lights on house next door all night plus when they drive in late at night light shown in the window all night making it hard to sleep. Could use a blind like on other windows. The wood stove kept us toast roasty. We had one when we lived there. Didnt really mind no TV. Would...

"Place was well stocked and furnished. Host was very responsive. We got snowed in, but when we told the host we wanted to leave for skiing at 7:30am they accommodated and had everything clear. Cannot recommend them enough. "

"Serg’s place was comfortable and clean! It was a perfect location for me and my friends to stay while rock climbing in the Gunks. We did not feel cramped or unsafe and the complementary tea was a hit! One thing to note is that both of the beds were low to the ground (below knee level) so if someone has knee or back problems, it might be difficult to stand up out of bed. "

"I had family in from out of town, I set up the rental for them, the house was clean, comfortable bed per my family, pots/pans basic kitchen needs available, dishwasher, coffee maker, second TV in the bedroom (I’ve found places that don’t have one and it wasn’t listed as such, and that is a big negative for me) I would recommend this place to others and I will utilize again when the need arises. "
