* Whipholt Beach Public Boat Launch is available for use (guests are not permitted to use the community harbor). Whipholt Beach public boat launch is located about half a mile west, making lake access quick and convenient.
* In respect of our neighbors, please observe our quiet hours between 10pm and 8am.
* 2 pets maximum are allowed for an additional non-refundable fee of $50 per pet per stay.
* Pets are not allowed on furniture, including couches. Additional cleaning fees will be added to the booking, and will be the guest's responsibility, if extra cleaning is required due to pets.
* Please report any damages that occur during your stay
* Late check out may be available upon request. Late check out fees are as follows: $50 for the first hour, $100 for two hours, and $500 for any extended time.
* These fees ensure fair compensation for our cleaners or any subsequent guests affected by delays. If you need a late checkout, please inquire in advance. Depending on upcoming bookings, we may be able to accommodate you, though a fee will still apply.
* Extra Guests: If more guests than permitted are found at the property, we reserve the right to deny entry based on policies. Extra guests will be treated as trespassers. An additional fee of $50/night per extra guest may apply, or we might request that you vacate the property.
