"As our first time in Florida, this was the best place to stay. The home being right on the beach was perfect. It was so beautiful, the house stayed cool and had everything we needed for our stay. The screened in porch with a big yard was great for our kids and dog! The hosts were easy to communicate with. We had the best time !"

"Easy to check in, great rates and very convenient! House was very comfortable! Will be staying here again!"

"We found the house to be very cute with 2 master bedrooms with complete bathrooms in both, kitchen and living room in the middle. We did not bring our doggie but the fenced in yard was clean and looked very safe to let your dog go out into. Large Florida room had a dining table for 6 and a twin bed for a nap for my mom. We fished from the beach behind the house. Highly recommend. "

"This house is huge with a big fenced in backyard and very quiet location! The beach is 3 minute drive or a 20 minute walk, but very private, clean with a big fire pit and chairs to use! The house has everything and again, is huge! I don't know how many bedrooms there were, but each one had a big bed with nice fresh linens! Can't say enough about this place! Oh, the town is great too with friendly people and lots of hiking trails!"

"Kevin and Rena from the very beginning made me and my kids feel welcome and at home. Kevin reached out a day or two prior to check in and made sure we knew the check in process and made sure I didn’t have any questions. The home is gorgeous, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. "This place is exactly what it promises to be. It's a nature lover's paradise! The home itself is full of sweet charm. From the inside, it feels like living in a tree house. The OUTSIDE is the place to be, though. It's gorgeously situated. We practically lived between the dock and the porch. The hosts were so thoughtful, also. They left wine and chocolates for our anniversary! We'll definitely stay again if we come through the area. We didn't wanna leave at all!."

"Upon our arrival we were greeted by the quaint cottage. Once inside we were enveloped by a warmth that you could feel from the purposeful thought out accommodations that were available. From the letter left in the type writer, the wealth of books, the snacks and beverages in the fridge and the table with chocolates and wine on the bed. Our experience was wonderful and when we are in the area again you can be sure that we will stay with here again!"

"This is a beautiful renovation. The decor and amenities were immaculate. The view was beautiful. It was conveniently located and the pool is very well-maintained. We love this little golf cart community. We adventured to Wakulla State Park and even saw a manatee. We will be back!"
