"The hotel is in a good location, just a short walk to stores, shops, restaurants and bars. The room was clean and quiet. The pool area was well maintained. The parking is on site and easy. The staff was friendly and helpful."

"Beautiful hotel!!! The wonderful woman at desk upon arrival Friday night 5/8 upgraded us to a suite - gorgeous. Only complaints were service on rooftop very slow and front desk help rest of time was less than desirable. The two women working Saturday couldn’t be bothered. I was charged twice for stay and had to call to take care of after we left."

"Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations which is not an easy thing to do! The room was beyond, so beautiful and spacious. The balcony views were pretty amazing and I love how it was completely private and there was a small table and chairs to sit out. There's also a snack/travel corner shop in the hotel which was perfect with snacks and goodies for traveling. The breakfast was the best I ever had with options like fresh fruit, cereal, yogurt, bagels, muffins, waffle-makers,...

"The car service is not organized. There was a wedding at the hotel. Many amenities were shut down because of the wedding. For some reason staff members knew nothing about the closures. There was mold on the water coolers at the pool. There was a 5 foot drop from the beach to the ocean. How do they expect elderly guests to get to and from the water. "

"I had a wonderful stay at Fairfield Boca. The room was very comfortable, clean, and relaxing. The pool area was beautiful and perfect for unwinding after a long day. The location is great and convenient to everything. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would definitely stay here again!"
