- The whole of the property is accessible. Guests will have exclusive use of the entire house. Access is self check-in via a lock box and the code will be sent to the guests on the day of check-in.

☞ Guest Interaction
- We prefer to give our guests space to enjoy the property, however we do live locally, so if necessary, one of the team can attend.

☞ After You Make A Booking
Once you've booked your stay with us, you’ll be whisked away to your very own guest portal, powered by Charge Automation (fancy, we know!).
There, we’ll ask the lead guest to upload a photo ID—just so we know who to expect. Inside the portal, you’ll find everything you need: your booking details, our handy property manual, local tips and recommendations, and plenty more.
All your check-in instructions and info for a smooth, comfy stay will be right there too—easy peasy!

- Please note that our home is not suitable for hen & stag parties or any loud gatherings. We prioritise a peaceful and comfortable environment for all guests and our neighbours.

☞ Must climb stairs
- Our home is spread out over three floors and stairs must be climbed to access the bedrooms. Please consider this if mobility is a concern.

☞ Pets
- Unfortunately, we do not accommodate pets at this property with exception to service animals.
