Welcome to Comfy Bear! Your ski adventure begins at this beautiful ski in/out condo at Jackson Creek Summit at Snowriver Resort (formerly Indianhead Mtn)! Located a few steps from the Bear Creek double chair lift and a short 5 minute walk to the high-speed 6 person chairlift!! Walk to lodge, ski rentals, lift tickets, and pro shop. A short drive/shuttle ride to Black River Basin (formerly Blackjack), included in Snowriver lift ticket. About 10 miles down the road is Powderhorn Ski Resort.

Comfy Bear condo is completely renovated with beautiful finishes throughout. Living room has gas fireplace and smart TV. Kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and dishes, dishwasher, fridge (apartment size), microwave, stove, coffee maker and Keurig. Essentials such as paper towels, aluminum foil, cling wrap, ziploc bags, etc are provided. The bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and smart TV. There is a fully remodeled bathroom.

The spiral staircase leads up to a shared loft space with 2 twin beds and 1 full bed, accommodating 4 guests. This space is perfect for the kids! There is a second full bathroom with shower upstairs. Both bathrooms have shampoo/conditioner, hair dryers, soap provided.

The unit has a keyless lock, a lockable ski closet, and wireless internet. You will love this cozy ski getaway to relax after a day on the slopes!

Michigan's U.P. is beautiful to visit year around - every season has adventure! Comfy Bear is a peaceful retreat and great base camp for exploring the area in summer and fall. There is waterfall chasing, endless hiking, biking, ATV trails, Lake Superior, Porcupine Mountain Area -the U.P. stays active no matter the season!
***please note for summer there is no A/C in the unit*** There are multiple fans to stay cool and temperature stays fairly moderate.

- this unit is not handicap accessible
- this unit is privately owned and therefore does not have access to use Snowriver Resort indoor pool facilities
- plenty of parking right outside the door
- stackable washer/dryer in the loft available for use (detergent provided)
- please note Bear Creek lift/trails (right next to condo) may not be running in early season (weather dependent)- snowmaking is focused first on high speed lift area

- there is a shared entrance with lower unit condo, separated by flight of stairs
