Perfect for up to four guests, this peaceful hideaway features an outdoor patio for alfresco dining, an outdoor bath, and a fire pit (some wood supplied) for evenings under the stars.

Step inside and relax in the inviting living space, which flows effortlessly to the patio area. A dining table for four, Smart TV with Netflix, Freeview, free Wi-Fi, and cozy seating ensure you can unwind after a day of exploring. The kitchenette, equipped with an electric frypan, air fryer and rice cooker, makes meal prep easy, while the tidy bathroom ensures your comfort.

The retreat features a comfortable double bed in the bedroom and a fold-out double couch in the living area, accommodating up to four guests. The peaceful décor enhances the relaxing ambiance, while off-street parking and boat parking (up to 5m) add convenience.

With no neighbours in sight and a fully fenced section, you'll enjoy total seclusion. Pets are welcome but must be controlled due to stock on the property. For remote workers, a dedicated workspace is available.

Located near stunning beaches, scenic walking trails, and Waipu township, this holiday home is close to local cafes, shops, the famous McLeod's Pizza Barn & Brewery, and outdoor activities like swimming and hiking. The famous Waipu Caves are also nearby for nature lovers.

I can’t fault this property, it is stunning, so quiet and the skies are amazing. The views for sunrise and sunset are amazing. You won’t forget bath time with a glass of wine and the view. . Highly recommend this property if you want to get away from it all.

My partner and I had an amazing stay. Everything from the outdoor bath, the views, to the bbq and dart board we loved. Everything was clean on arrival, we weren’t aware that the kitchen and bathroom were separate from the bedroom but it didn’t bother us at all. Though it is close to other homes, it’s situated in a way that it feels very private. Next time we will definitely be staying longer!

This place was perfect for our stay - just a short drive to local restaurants, beaches and the golf course. It’s very very private even though close to the owners’ house. It’s compact but stylish with everything we needed. Comfortable bed, good hot water supply and the kitchen has everything for cooking but an oven. The little vege and herb garden was a nice touch and the outdoor bath tub was heavenly. We really enjoyed the views of Bream Bay and the countryside. Watching the local cattle moving about and befriending the sheep on the property was surprisingly entertaining. And the night sky full of stars was awesome!
