"The check in was easy and they even let us check in a few hours early when we only meant to drop off luggage. Room was clean and large- a little older style but roomy with great view.parking was plentiful. Great location to everything. The people at desk and parking were so nice. Have stayed there before will return!"

"Check in was fast and easy. They offer it on the app too. I didn't try it. I highly recommend using valet. It is the same cost as regular daily parking. You can just add tips for staff. We were there for 6 days and want to return for more! Plenty of fun crafts for everyone. Most are additional cost. The luau is a must! Food was ok, but entertainment was top notch as with everything Disney. Every single staff member we came across was super friendly, just like Disney standard has always been....

"There was major construction going on, we didn’t have water all day one day and scattered times through out the other days, roaches everywhere, and parking was a pain!! We were not told anything about construction until we showed up and saw it and the day we arrived I started getting emails on all other stuff!"

"This was a perfect place to stay. You walk out the sliding glass doors and are in paradise. It is a short walk to the beach where you have umbrellas and chairs to use. The snorkeling at the bay was unbeatable. We took a trip to Hanauma Bay to snorkel and saw less than we did snorkeling at the villa’s bay. I will never stay anywhere else. Totally worth the money to stay here. "

"スタッフの対応も良く、皆気持ち良く対応してくれたので不満はない。ただし、フロントロビーの香りはとても良く気持ちが良いが、客室への廊下は下駄箱の臭いがして残念。
駐車場は運営会社が違い、料金を毎日支払う必要があり、バレーパーキングの便利さなく、煩わしく大変残念。チェックイン時にチェックアウトのひが分かっているので、支払方法は企業の努力以下の作業で出きるはず、その点についてはリゾート感はまるで無し。
そ例外は非常に良いと思いました。"
