"The perfect spot for our niece’s wedding weekend.The property is spacious and well appointed. Close to everything but still feels private. Comfortable beds and sitting areas. The pool was amazing and a great spot to relax between wedding events. We had 7 adults stay there was plenty of room for everyone. Dave is a great host. Questions were answered right away. Look forward to a return trip for the next Southampton wedding!"

"This cottage really does feel right out of fairytale and the surrounding gardens are exquisitely manicured with beautiful statues and inviting chaise lounges, you can’t help but to relax. The homeowners are super friendly and kind and have thought of every detail in the cottage, including Q-tips and cotton balls, make up washcloths, a selection of coffees and teas. Oh, and the location is unbeatable. It’s a short walk into Bridgehampton and all the best beaches are a 10 minute drive, if that. I...

"The room was very nicely decorated and clean and had everything you would need. We enjoyed our stay here and appreciated not having to bring linens and towels to a vrbo rental. The only issues we faced not booking directly with the hotel was not being able to use hotel shuttle to town and we ran out of toilet paper and the front desk said they are not supoosed to provide it as we didnt book through them. Other than that the property is very nice providing seating outside to enjoy a beautiful...

"Fantastic family getaway to visit our son for parents weekend who is attending USMMA. I was a little concerned about the distance from the academy but well worth it such an amazing property! So many activities right at the home, beautiful on the water, comfortable beds and pillows cooked a fantastic family meal location was great!"

"Our week could not have been better, we loved this house and Montauk! It was such a relaxing week! The house had everything to make the stay with our 16 month old grandson so easy! Our older kids loved the pool and hot tub and easy walk to town each morning for coffee! Carter was an excellent host, very responsive and so nice! Absolutely Wonderful!!!!!!!"

The house was spotless and private, the pool was gorgeous, and the location was perfect — close enough to the towns when we wanted to explore, but peaceful when we wanted to relax.
