Wainscott

House was nice - cheap interior for the price of the stay such as paper blinds, no shampoo conditioner. Owners live next door so there isn’t much privacy. Checkout is 9am and host was extremely rude and not flexible

Lovely family Hamptons getaway

My family and I spent 5 lovely days at Gina's house in the Hamptons. The space was perfect for our family- clean, spacious, modern and with all amenities as described. The outdoor space was excellent- we spent the majority of our time lounging by the pool and our dog really enjoyed running around and playing in the backyard. The house is stocked with plenty of kitchen supplies, towels, blankets, and anything you may need. The host was extremely responsive leading up to our stay as well as throughout the course of our visit. When we arrived, the BBQ seemed to unfortunately not be working properly and she had it replaced with a brand new grill within 24 hours! The location is excellent, very convenient to the heart of the Hamptons and we are already looking forward to planning a return visit for next year!

Exceptional Vacation Week

My family, our friends, and I (including our 2 yr old miniature Yorkie) spent a lovely week in this perfect Hamptons vacation home. The property is just as depicted in the photos and described in the listing. Fresh, clean, airy and all you want in a Hamptons property. Beautiful house, great kitchen (BBQ grill just outside the door on the wrap around porch), comfy beds, highly efficient AC throughout, heavenly heated pool and a vast backyard and very private entrance way and parking area. Wainscott is great location; midway between South and East Hampton and an easy 20 mins from Sag Harbor. The Wölffer Estate Vineyard 10 mins away gives a lovely tasting/wine-making tour that's fun to do. Gina was a perfect hostess and very responsive to all our needs including much appreciated help having our Yorkie walked while we were at one of the amazing nearby beaches. We loved it and will definitely return. Thank you again, Gina!

Incredible Backyard !

My family ( 2 year old daughter and parents) stayed at Gina’s lovely home for a couple of nights at the end of June. It was just fabulous. The house was spotless, the beds were comfortable and the backyard was WOW. It felt like our own little oasis, and yet we were still so close to all the towns. We had dinner in East Hampton, Sag Harbor and made a day trip out to Montauk. The central location was great because we were able to enjoy all the surrounding areas and return home to our private little retreat. There were plenty of towels provided and other accessories that made us feel right at home- Thank you for welcoming us into your home!

Highly recommend!

We had a great stay -- the property is very nice and well provisioned -- beautiful garden -- we will definitely come back and stay here. It is also conveniently located to explore the area, but secluded enough to feel luxuriously private. Great place and Gina is a great host!

Fantastic stay and property

We had a phenomenal time the house is lovely all the bedrooms upstairs very clean the pool was amazing private and very large beautiful property can’t say enough about this house it was easy to get to everything. The owner was very responsive and great ie the barbecue ran out of propane and they immediately brought a new tank. You can only have four adults which was fine for us because we were four adults in 3 rooms Will definitely be back - super easy short drive to town and beaches Loved it !

Amazing property!

Our family stayed in the property over Thanksgiving, while visiting friends in the area, and could not have been more pleased! Traveling with adult children can sometimes be challenging. However this spacious house, with all it's great amenities, allowed us to not only gather together to celebrate and reconnect, but also allowed everyone to find their "own space" when they wanted alone time. The tall trees and shrubs, as well as deer wandering by just outside the great fenced yard, make you feel like you are secluded in the country, but you are only minutes away from the best restaurants and shops. I highly recommend this property and hope to make coming here an annual family tradition.

Great house and great location

This was beautiful house in an awesome location. House was very clean with lots of rooms. The backyard and pool were also spacious - we could have just hung around the house and enjoyed our stay. The location is great as easy drives to Restaurants and beaches and other attractions in the Hamptons. We look forward to visiting again!

This property is seriously amazing! We made unforgettable memories to last a lifetime and can’t wait to return next summer season. The description and pictures are 100% accurately depicted, even better in person. The pool was a dream, the house is spacious and so beautifully decorated. The house is clean, clean, clean! So much attention to detail, everything is at your fingertips. Absolutely perfect for families. Gina, the property manager is extremely personable, accommodating, and professional. Phenomenal Home

Our family had a wonderful stay at this home and we would rent again in a heartbeat. The property is impeccably maintained - inside and out. In the interior of the home, all appliances are new, there is zero clutter, bedrooms are a good size and beds and linens are very comfortable. The exterior of the home is a dream come true as the enormous wrap around porch is dog and kid friendly and the pool and grass area is pristine. The white lounge seating and the blue loungers are very comfortable and new. Clearly the home is professionally maintained from the inside and out and was spotless for our arrival. The photos do not do this home justice because it is really so much better in person. It’s so nice, it’s jaw-dropping - really! Everything is so pristine and clean that it’s truly a pleasure to enjoy. The location is also ideal as it’s central to driving everywhere and even walking distance to the seafood shop, Breadzilla, a bagel place, and a great wine shop too. Gina was helpful in recommending restaurants and a pleasure to communicate with. We will certainly return again.

Wood lover’s house

This house is really beautiful especially the woodwork of the extensive deck and patio! The landscaping and huge back field were also unexpectedly so lovely! The house is filled with stylish and charming finds. My son especially loved all the interesting wooden kitchen spoons! Gina was a delight and very responsive. Our group was made up of 3 grandparents, my husband and I plus our toddler son and everyone loved it! It felt like we were staying at a friend’s beautiful home. Will definitely go again!

Wonderful Getaway

We had a wonderful time at this property. The house is beautiful, bright, clean and well appointed. The grounds are spectacular. The host was lovely and made herself available if we needed her. The location of the house was also great and close to so many restaurants and shops. We hope to return next year.

Perfect Rental Property.
