  • Kana'i A Nalu 210 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located on the 2nd floor and offers an ocean, pool, and garden view along with 2 split A/C units, and a private washer/dryer. This property has an elevator for easy access. Unit 210 can accommodate up to 6 guests. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed, ample space for storage, and a ceiling fan. The second bathroom is located near the guest bedroom and features a bathtub/shower combo. Enjoy stunning views of the Pacific from the moment you enter! The spacious main living area provides a flat-screen TV with cable and a queen-size sleeper sofa for additional guests. Enjoy making home-cooked meals from your Maui condo with this well-stocked kitchen with full-size appliances. Dine out on your private lanai or inside on the dining table set for 4.

    Kana'i A Nalu is located in the heart of Ma'alaea. This four-story resort sits on 3 acres of manicured grounds. Enjoy all the amenities this resort offers such as pool access, BBQ grills, and outdoor dining tables. Nearby there is access to Sugar Beach - also known as Kealia Beach. Sugar Beach is the longest beach on Maui and is perfect for a long beach stroll. This sandy shoreline stretches for about 2.5 miles (4 km), from Haycraft Park in Ma'alaea all the way to north Kihei.

    Nearby you'll find many attractions, shops and restaurants. Walk to Maui Ocean Center (Aquarium), take a sunset sail or whale watching tour from the nearby harbor, play miniature golf and more at Maui Golf & Sports Park, or shop at the Maui Harbor Shops. Ma'alaea is located in central Maui, bringing you closer to many excursions such as Hana or Haleakala. The resort is about 15 minutes away from the Kahului airport and 30 minutes to Lahaina.

    Notice of Resort Improvements posted 8/28/26: Building E Concrete Restoration Project. Work is scheduled to begin on 9/14/26 and is estimated to take 3 to 4 months to complete. Please note the following stacks are in Bldg E: 17, 18, 19 and 20 (stack number = the last 2 digits of the unit number). Update 10/23/26: The Building D Concrete Restoration Project is scheduled to begin on or about 12/10/26 to 1/5/27 and is anticipated to take approximately 3 to 4 months to complete. Included work: concrete spalling repairs, building painting, window resealing and waterproofing and related exterior restoration work. What to expect: periodic use of jackhammers and other construction equipment, construction noise and dust, lift equipment will be used and workers performing repairs in close proximity to windows and lanai.

We stayed at this property while on a trip with our toddler and one other couple. The condo was very clean and well equipped. There was lots of beach stuff like towels, chairs, sand toys, cooler, snorkels and fins. The property is walking distance from Haycraft Beach Park and Maalaea harbor. The property is centrally located on Maui and makes it easy to explore the island with a car. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

The view from the condo is so gorgeous. I loved waking up and sitting on the lanai drinking my coffee while watching and listening to the ocean. The condo was very clean, extra towels, beach towels-chairs-toys-cooler all provided. Everything we needed was there. Great communication from the host. My only thing I had trouble with was opening the key box but that was my fault because of my nails. Also no where that I seen I seen in the pre check in communication did it mention only 1 car allowed on premises so I was excited to park our other car out on the road once we read the rules in the condo that listed only 1 car. But even with this very small mishap I would definitely stay here again.

This is one of those finds we’d like to keep a secret - almost everything was perfect for our needs. Maalaea Beach is just steps away and it goes on and on and on. If you’re a beach walker it is sunshine for the soul. Not far from everything on the south shore, but still less than 1/2 hour to Costco and the airport. The suite had everything we needed, was clean, nicely appointed, with a great view of the ocean, courtyard and pool. Communication was excellent.

Great Base for Maui

This condo was perfect for me, my wife, and our teen son. The location in Maalea is good access for driving into town, walking to the aquarium and harbor, and Kihei.

Five Star

The facilities are as comfortable as home, and they try to provide help quickly when there is a problem. The location is also the best for traveling around the entire island of Maui. I highly recommend this condo.

Great location in Maalaea

The condo is in a perfectly quiet location near the bird sanctuary with miles of beach to walk. The condo was well stocked with a full kitchen, towels and even snorkeling gear. Beautiful view of ocean, Haleakala and whales in the ocean. Loved this location!

Fantastic location

We had a great stay there, the place is in overall good condition and the view from the Lani is perfect for whale watching! Just down the street is the harbor with lots to offer in the way of tours and great restaurants! In particular Tante's fish market! They offer great food at a reasonable price! The steak and lobster is great as well as the Ahi!

Loved our stay at 210 and the property was as advertised. The building and grounds were very well kept. The view from balcony was perfect. The condo was very well equipped with anything you might need for your stay. Would definitely go back.

Lovely Stay

We really enjoyed staying in this condo. The second room get hot but we turn on the fans and it was ok for the kids. They have everything you need for a great stay!! If we get back we will stay here again!!

Great unit, nice new flooring, ne a/c in the back bedroom

Lovely unit, great location and everything was in good condition. The only drawback was it was very warm in the one bedroom that lacked an a/c unit. Otherwise, the unit and the rental company were great and I would use them again.

Watch the whales

Great location, watched the whales from the lanai. The condo is second floor which gave it a great view of the bay. Plenty of parking and an elevator to get bags up to the condo. The condo was VERY well appointed and included lots of extras that we really appreciated.

Wonderful!

Thank you for the wonderful time! The condo was warm and welcoming; it was clean and very well-stocked from Kitchen gadgets to beach gear. The beds were comfortable. The view from the lanai is beautiful, and the grounds are well-kept by the association. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the condo, at the pool, and meeting other guests and residents. The location was great because we were close to all island activities. Property management was attentive, asking if everything was in order or if we needed anything. We would gladly stay here again.

Good place to stay in Maui

Nice location, in between of all the destinations. Nice pool and right by the ocean. Enjoyed sunsets every morning. Pretty much affordable considering Maui rental prices. Check in was easy, no need to interact with leasing office. Apartment had everything: washing machine, dishes, a lot of towels as well as swimming stuff like glasses or tubes. Cool!

Great find

This was a perfect place for us as a family of 5. The setup was perfect with the two rooms. The pool and BBQ facilities were perfect. The apartment is well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen, all the necessary towels was there. Also ALL the beach gear you need is there, snorkel gear, beach chairs, umbrellas and body boards. It was very clean when we arrived with and very welcoming with Hawaiian music playing. The view was amazing, overlooking the ocean. Would definitely rent it gain

Amazing View

The Pros: - Amazing view from balcony - Condo loaded with everything you could need for your stay including all beach items - Easy access to the beach - Nice pool - Air conditioning worked great - Great general store at the top of the street that makes great pancakes and mai tais! The Cons: - Property is dated and was very dirty on arrival. I had to make a run for cleaning supplies and do a deep clean myself. It was mostly doors, walls and light switches that had layers of dirt. The property management company was VERY responsive and resolved it to my satisfaction. - The beach has thorny branches all over the sand and the water line was really rocky. We just went to other beaches that we liked from previous trips.
