This place is perfect. Very comfortable bed. Super close to the beach. The host Danny is a very good guy. His dog Reef is the nicest dog you’ll meet. If you want to stay away from all the touristy madness and keep it local, this is the perfect place to be. Can’t wait to go back.

The property is older but pretty clean. The host and his wife were very hospitable and gave us lots of ideas for places to eat and go. The air conditioning took a while to cool the room off, but after that, it worked great. The whole room is about the size of a motel room. Our bed was very comfortable. This property is about an hour from Pearl Harbor and a hour and a half from the Polynesian culture center depending on traffic. If you are looking for a quiet affordable place to stay at the end of your day exploring Oahu this would work for you.

Very clean room with everything you need minutes from the beach. Danny is amazing and has the best recommendations! He also runs a surf school, which we were able to join one morning. Would love to stay there again soon!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful location in Makaha. It was the perfect start to our vacation. You can not ask for more from our host, Danny. He had suggestions for restaurants, hikes, etc. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom/shower had what we needed. The AC worked perfectly and it was very comfortable. The views are incredible with the mountains and ocean so nearby. The location can’t be beat and neither can the hospitality. Danny is the best! We would definitely stay here again if we are ever lucky enough to come back to the beautiful island of Oahu. Mahalo

Danny was a great host and quick with his communication. The surfers dream studio was very comfortable and clean. I arrived really late (almost midnight) and he was really flexible with me on arriving at that time. I wanted to stay away from the noise and chaos at Waikiki and his location was perfect for me especially with it being close to the beach and a couple of hiking spots. My favorite part is when he had some puakenikeni waiting in the room for me when I arrived. I would definitely recommend Danny's place and would love to stay there again.
