Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Sauberkeit im Zimmer hat uns irgendwie irritiert, die Glastür zum Badezimmer war sehr schmutzig, Abdrücke und Spritzer, aber ansonsten alles sehr fein.

The Cocoon hotels are now in my go-to list. It was right next to the train station, but still quiet. The front desk was very friendly and the rooms are really nice. They even had free apples!

Reception and cleaning staff were exceptional Room was clean and comfortable. Quiet blackout drapes worked superb. Easy walk to trains. Would definitely come back
