Other Things to Note:
•The plunge pool is heated all year round and it's saltwater. Please note pool is only heated for 5 hours during the day when the filter is on (up to 26 degrees).
• If you wish to manually heat the plunge pool you are required to access under the pool deck. You will see a black control box on the wall. You need to press the Pool Mode button until the display shows Filter Running Manually. After doing this you can exit from underneath the deck and turn on the heater outside by pressing on the power button and adjusting the temperature. (Please note this can take time to heat the pool especially in colder months)
•Please ensure that all children are supervised in and around the pool area and the balcony.
•Please note that the home features approximately 34 stairs in total (there are two flights). The property is located in a duplex.
•If you required access to the internal elevator for mobility concerns, please advise at the time of booking to ensure a key is provided.
•We don't supply pool towels so please bring these along with you.
• This property has an intercom camera for the doorbell.
