Prime location, walking distance from the Baylor Campus, and 7 minute drive to the Magnolia Market at the Silos and the Dr. Pepper Museum. In addition, only 6 minutes from the McLane Stadium. Gated building with a code to get in, and free parking. Comfortable and safe location for groups, family vacations, parents, etc. Self check in. No keys needed to get in, every guest has a different code for security.

Girls' Getaway

Seven 'Girls' from three generations of the Family enjoyed a Birthday Celebration in this spacious and comfortable Rental. The location was great and the 'Amenities' provided everything we needed.

marathon weekend

perfect spot to stay for the bearathon weekend. quiet location. secure parking. plenty of coffee/tea. host was so nice to provide a couple of snacks. *if you have sensitives to smells, the air fresheners and fragrances are strong (in the house and the bedding)

Ladies Weekend

I just want to start off by thanking the owners for sharing their lovely home. The owners were so helpful with the tips around town and even the places that were near by. The property owners were over the top phenomenal. We fell in love the minute we drove up to the home. As soon as we got in the house felt at home. The inside was amazing cozy and roomy. The house was very clean and super organized. The beds were super comfy and showers were relaxing. We were minutes away from everything we wanted to visit. The area was quiet and safe. Just loved this house and hope to visit again very soon. Thank you again for making this home away from home.

Perfect!

This place is perfect. Very clean and well stocked. Four big bedrooms and great open kitchen and den area. Great for gathering family/friends. Easy access and entry. Great communication with the owner. I was visiting my son at BU. I'm so glad I found this rental, we still have two years to go. I will be back :-)

Adorable home in cute neighborhood

We loved this place! It was clean and very comfortable. Each room has a different theme which is so fun. Our only complaint is the party house just behind this one. I'm not sure if it's a frat house or what but they were throwing one heck of a party and it was SO LOUD. We called Waco PD several times to complain and it finally got quiet after about 12:30am but we had a very early flight out of Dallas so we were already in a bad spot sleepwise. Not sure we'd stay here again because of that.

We came to Waco for to celebrate my grandfather's 100th birthday. The place was great for our family. The location was convenient. Instructions were clear and easy to follow.

Thanksgiving reunion coupled with the Homestead fair for two days

Very clean and a great solution for three families and children to get together. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was easy to use and the dishwasher was intuitive to use. Nobody seemed to mind walking up a flight of stairs to get to the 2nd floor.

BU Football weekend!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Brick House for the weekend. There was plenty of room for 6 adults and four kids. The location and neighborhood is very good, very close to all the different venues that we wanted to go to, and very close to the BU campus. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great for families

Comfortable accommodations for our family of four. Great beds and excellent pillows. Adequately equipped. Four bedrooms with two Jack and Jill bathrooms with two sinks each - very convenient.
