Magical!

This house exceeded our expectations! We were in Wabasha working the annual Grumpy Old Men Winter Festival and there was something magical about coming back to the house after working a long festival day and being able to sit in front of the fireplace in the coziest living room ever with a spectacular view of Parkside Marina! There was plenty of parking, the location was within walking distance to the entire town (and all of the events). The house is decorated in a way that makes you fall in love with Wabasha. The house was spotless, the beds were comfortable, we will be renting it again!

Golf Guys

Golf/relaxation getaway. Some in the group have been coming here for 20 plus years. Downtown Wabasha was a little torn up this year, but we still had a great time. Looking forward to next year already!

Nice place

Overall the property was very nice. Walking distance to several restaurants, bars and downtown. Just a couple little things needed attention. There was some silverware that was not cleaned well after the last user, and I wasn't fond of the bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash that were shared with previous renters. I thought the cleaning fee was excessive when we had to strip the bed, do the dishes and make sure things were cleaned up when we left.

Nice spot close to everything

We enjoyed our stay. We brought out small dog and it was a perfect set up for all of us. There are even food/water bowls, leashes with poop bags and a blanket for our little sweety. The space had everything we needed and we enjoyed the peace and quite.

Family with pets

It was very clean. We used the grill the first night. We also enjoyed the fire pit and walking trails. Perfect size for our family of 4 and 2 large dogs. Food and water bowls as well as leashes were provided. My only recommendation would be to have an inside broom. We’ll be back for sure!!

Relaxing getaway

The property was just a minute walk to the marina. Convenient for me to walk our dog down the town walking path while my husband trailered our fishing boat to the marina. So easy to come back in the heat of the day for some cool air conditioning and a lunch before heading out on the river again. Connie had all the amenities we needed included treats for our dog to shampoo and conditioner stocked in the bathroom. She even had tea bags for my evening cup of tea. A very relaxing stay located so close to the Mississippi River!

Very nice and well kept duplex. Convenient if you are boating as it is only a block from boat landing. Pet friendly and even Caters to dogs. Really enjoyed our stay! Thanks!

Quiet winter stay just a 5 min walk from the Mississippi

Fresh, clean, updated, complete kitchen, lots of windows, wonderful and warm gas fireplace. Thoughtfully outfitted with nice dishes, implements, towels and bed linens. Soothing color scheme. (Very close to marina, so probably not quiet in peak summer, but really quiet in winter, which is what we wanted,) did I mention EAGLES!?!?

Perfect getaway by the river

Loved staying here! Listed as a studio, it has plenty of room. Loved the gas fireplace and jetted tub. It's a super convenient location with an easy walk to downtown and the Eagle Center, and right next to the boat launch and marina. Would definitely stay again!

Comfy and cozy

This rental was very clean, comfortable and convenient to the amenities of Wabasha. We were able to bike from the rental to the lovely downtown in minutes and also enjoyed the bike trail right outside the door!
