"Der self-Check-in funktioniert noch nicht so, man braucht Hilfe bei der Eingabe z.B. der PKW Nummer (sonst kein Parkplatz) mir wurde ein falsches Zimmer (ohne Wanne und Balkon) zugewiesen-deshalb ärgerlich, weil du dann doch wieder auf englisch den Mann vom Self-check in anrufen musst, nach 5Minuten ..."

"Wir haben hier ein schönes und ruhiges Silvester verbracht. Die Innenstadt war gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Der Spa-Bereich toll. Das Frühstück herausragend. Auch das Umfeld und Parken super.
