"We stayed here for 3 nights, from the time we check in easy communication with Hannah she also ensure us if we need anything just let her know she will try accomodate our needs.
We booked queen double bed for 2 adults 1 child (5yr old) we love our room so cosy. We were lucky to have the whole villa to ourselves for 3 days. When we arrived he apologised as there’s a glitch where he can’t find our booking, but he still entertain us and gave us a free upgrade. There’s a generator but electrical issue, not a big deal. Lastly got a...

"We stayed in the deluxe room the room was absolutely filthy moldy bath mat no hot water our bed mattress foam was so old it was crumbling when touched smelt awful and the slates where all broken kids bunk beds mattress was so thin literally was comfier on the floor. "Onsite hosts Sam and Moreen were so wonderful! We got all the inside tips about Pacific Harbor from them including beach access, where to buy fresh fish and activities in the area. Moreen made me cassava so that I could learn to cook with it and Sam brought is fresh coconuts when we were by the beautiful (and huge) landscaped pool. The kindness of the people here is what we loved about Fiji the most! The house was so comfortable and finished beautifully with hardwood flooring and interior...

"Our stay at Seascapes Holiday Home in Maui Bay on Viti Levu was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking ocean views and the peaceful atmosphere. It was the perfect place to relax, unwind, and truly experience the beauty of Fiji.Gavin, the owner, greeted us with genuine warmth and hospitality, making us feel at home from the very beginning. On our first evening, he even invited us to dinner, where he shared stories about the local area,...

"This was an AWESOME spot, the host and chef service was GREAT. This was an AWSEOME stay I abosolutely love the villa but there are a few issues that need to be addressed. The outdoor furnishings are disgusting and soiled and this is from long term use, bed linen and towels are very worn and mildew and blood were found on pillows, the floors have not been swept in a long time and dusting, forget about it. Cleaning and maintenance seems minimal, light switches broken, weather strip missing from...

"The bathroom was not clean at all! I Here’s a stronger, polite but honest review you can post:
Unfortunately, my stay was quite disappointing. The bathroom was not clean when we arrived, and despite requesting laundry service, no one came to collect the clothes. The property also did not have a microwave, and there was no dishwashing liquid or sponge provided, which made it difficult to clean up after meals.
Overall, the property needs better attention to cleanliness, basic amenities, and...
