"Had such an amazing time at the beautiful peaceful location just 5-10min walk from Maui bay beach.
Property: I came as a little solo retreat to take a break from NZ winters. The unit was exceptionally clean, fully stocked and I appreciate being able to cook myself- although there are a few restaurants and grocery store within 10min walk. "We stayed in the deluxe room the room was absolutely filthy moldy bath mat no hot water our bed mattress foam was so old it was crumbling when touched smelt awful and the slates where all broken kids bunk beds mattress was so thin literally was comfier on the floor. All tea and coffee was so old it was stuck together and unable to be used. Person that was there literally was on his phone most of the time and was not able to communicate with us successfully and blamed my family for the damage. I...

Unfortunately, my stay was quite disappointing. The bathroom was not clean when we arrived, and despite requesting laundry service, no one came to collect the clothes. The property also did not have a microwave, and there was no dishwashing liquid or sponge provided, which made it difficult to clean up after meals.
