"The cleaning doesn't happen at all. They only bring new towels after several requests. I requested several times to change the bed sheets and it was only done after escalation. No dining and no amneties. Fire alarms rang twice after midnight and we had to evacuate for nothing. The best part was that there was a trams station 3 minutes close to the hotel."

"Het incheck proces was een beetje omslachtig, aangezien iedereen alle persoonsgegevens moest doorgeven om een code voor de deur te krijgen. Verder echt meer dan de prijs waard! Ruime, schone kamer en mogelijkheid om zelf extra handdoeken te pakken. Net zoals de mogelijkheid om je koffers in een kluisje te bewaren na het uitchecken. "
