"Wir waren mit unserem Aufenhalt mehr als zufreiden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die gegend lädt zum spazieren und die lokalen Bars/Restaurants zum entdecken ein. Das Zimmer war immer sauber und die Anlage an sich ist sehr gepflegt. "

"Wir haben 8 Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht und es war von Anfang bis Ende einfach perfekt. Schon beim Check-in wurden wir herzlich empfangen, die Rezeption war immer besetzt und das gesamte Team war durchgehend freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Jede Anfrage wurde sofort und mit einem Lächeln beantwortet. Unser Zimmer war genauso, wie wir es gebucht hatten – sehr schön, sauber und komfortabel. "The resort was beautiful! The food and staff were amazing. We had an 6:30 am early morning transfer to the ferry the day we checked out and they opened the kitchen and had breakfast waiting for us at 6 am The only thing that wasn’t ideal was the Paraiso Party garden was located next to our room and since we had an early morning transfer, the music made it very difficult to sleep - that would be my only recommendation for not staying in a room nearby the party garden. "

"The room is very spacious, has large balcony with view for the ocean and the fortress. The room is clean and bed is comfortable. The location is very convenient close to many sightseeing place and dinning or shopping area. It is in the city center. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast has lots of choice! Highly recommended this hotel! "
