"The half trailer had not been serviced upon our late evening arrival, beds were undone. I texted the management company immediately, got an answer 45 mn later. By that time we had decided to find another option for the night, back to the Grand Canyon as there was nothing around the trailer park. We got a bad impression of the area, felt unsafe in this desolate area. We do NOT recommend to anyone booking this accommodation. We asked for a full refund that VRBO accepted."

"This tiny house was clean and about 20 minutes away from Grand Canyon which was nice for location. The negative side was the shower that gave you hot water for 1 minute and then turned cold. I know it said energy efficient but for paying that much money, you should have hot water to take a shower. Also internet connection was bad. I would recommend staying somewhere else because of the hot water situation."

"We did not enjoy our stay at our rented cabin and recommend the following corrections to allow customers a more pleasant stay: - Non stick dishes are very old and should be replaced with stainless steel. - There should be oven mitts, kitchen towels, tongs, one sharp knife for families to cook simple meals - Water pressure in the kitchen sink is non existent - Water does not drain in the bathroom shower - Faucet in bathroom is stuck with white minerals and sprays everywhere when used - Loft is...

"It was very a cute place and had room for myself, husband and brother-in-law. The TV was huge for the place but worked fine. I found it easy to find. Had a great view. It was very clean. It is more like a duplex with another tiny home attached but they share walls to the bathroom and closet. It wasn't bad but you could hear the neighbors moving around in the morning. The price was reasonable for what we got and other options in the area. Loved the little porch, as well."

"The tiny house was perfect for our stay in the Grand Canyon. For our family of 6 this accommodation was less expensive than hotels and lodges in the GC and offered everything we needed for our stay. Even though it is a tiny house everything is well thought out and layed out well to maximize space. My younger children loved sleeping in the loft and we appreciated the 2 bedrooms to offer privacy. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. This house is a quick 20 minute drive to the Grand Canyon...
