"Travelled up to Upstate New York to spend a weekend going to Saratoga Race Course and was so blessed to find this gem on the Mariaville Lake. The price was very fair and Tony and Patti were fantastic hosts. I can't wait to come back and do less! It's one of the most scenic VRBOs that I have ever stayed in and I can't wait to come back and just sit by the lake, enjoy a little wine, and do NOTHING. "Really cute and cozy space. Parking lot was easy, right next to the building. Very clean and close to everything in downtown! Brought my dog and it was convenient with the yard and being able to walk him around. The neighborhood is a little sketch, but nothing super crazy. Would book here again!"

"The Other House is a cute and quirky place where we instantly felt at home. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked as if all our needs were anticipated. We would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the Capital Region. The backyard hill is a little steeper than the photos make it out to be, so throwing the ball with the pup was not possible. "

"This was a cute, cozy place to stay at on our trip to NY. It had everything we needed and was in a nice area. Overall a great spot to either spend time in or come back to after a long day."

"This is my go to rental for visits to the Albany area. Good food nearby and easy to walk to. Safe part of town, never felt concerned about my vehicle. Parking kind of sucks as it's busy during the day but I didn't mind parking across the street. Chris is a very considerate host, great communication and super helpful. I would recommend any of his listings."
