"Great property! Very relaxing setting in back with the creek, wonderful time! Caught a small wild rainbow trout out back on Davis Creek. Great proximity to hiking and national Forest "

"Cabin was clean and well-organized. It was close to everything in Townsend. There is some trouble with carpenter bees on the exterior side of the roof but we were never bothered by any of it- just a little sawdust on the back porch."

"We really enjoyed the cabin. The weather couldve been better but it worked out. I would say that to make the place even better is to have steps or path down to the river; Im a disabled vet and I cant walk that good anymore, but other than that we had a good time. "

"The cabin itself was clean with an incredible view! The drive up is intimidating even with 4x4, but the view was worth it! The water pressure isn’t all that great, and the bed wasn’t comfortable at all, but the view and the privacy compensated for those!"

"Over the years this has been our go to place for our trips to the Smokey Mts. This is the perfect place for families as the way the house is set up. The porch has one of the premier views in the Smokies.The location is perfectly situated for those who want to go to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg or even better for avquick trip to Townsend.Our family spent a lot of time at the swimming pool while others spent their time hiking.Our host has bent over backwards accomodating our every need.Our stay was...

"This property was large enough that our multigenerational group of 8 had plenty of room to spread out when needed. Our group loved the fire pit as well as the air hockey table. The walk to the dock is fairly long and does include lots of steps, which we didn’t realize when we brought our kayaks. We ended up driving to a launch site which was way easier.
