  • Villanovia es un ejemplo conservador de restauración de una casa de campo histórica de la Toscana: se conserva rústica y original pero modernamente equipada. Su carácter especial distintivo proporciona un ambiente acogedor y cálido.
    La casa ofrece 700 m² de alojamiento interno y 37 acres de terreno privado.
    Con una ubicación única en la cima de una colina dentro del parque natural de Berignone, con vistas al valle de Cecina, las ciudades de Volterra y Pomarance, las Colinas Metálicas y Larderello, con los vapores geotérmicos visibles.
    Un camino sin pavimentar, en lo profundo del corazón de la tierra, lo llevará a nuestra casa de campo relajada y lejos de todo.
    ¡Villanovia está fuera de los caminos trillados y vale la pena!
    Alojarse en nuestra propiedad le ofrecerá una vista de 360 ​​° sobre la Toscana virgen, su historia y sus colinas. ¡Y usted y su familia se sentirán como en casa!

    La casa tiene capacidad para 20+ (camas adicionales / futón y + 3 cunas disponibles) en habitaciones grandes y cómodas o acogedores apartamentos equipados con una cocina privada.

    La entrada de la planta baja del siglo XVI (todo en piedra) es la parte más antigua de la casa. Aquí tiene un área de sofá con TV vía satélite y escaleras interiores al piso superior donde se encuentran 6 alojamientos, así como una terraza con vistas a Volterra.

    Perfectamente ubicado para unas vacaciones relajantes totales, al mismo tiempo ofrece viajes cortos a las ciudades de Volterra (9 km), Pisa, Siena (unos 60 km cada una), San Gimignano y Florencia, así como a las playas de la costa etrusca (45 km). Una gran cocina y una impresionante sala de estar con paredes de piedra de 170 metros cuadrados con arcos de ladrillo originales completan la propiedad.
    La piscina panorámica es de 5x12, vallada para seguridad de los niños.

    Nuestro servicio premium es la elegante habitación interior con piscina de burbujas, refrescante y relajante. Está inspirado en el entorno de las aguas termales etruscas, en rústicos murbles y piedra.

Outstanding property for a large group. The setting is hard to beat and the seclusion was exactly what we were looking for. Marco was exceptionally communicative throughout and the chef dinners and pasta-making class were excellent. Our daughter even became friends with one of the chef’s daughters, which made our stay even more memorable.

Oh my this villa stay was one of the best we have had - so relaxing , spacious , fully equipped for all our needs We hosted a party as a prelude for my daughters wedding , and one Consuella and her team made the most fantastic pizzas and two all my guests remarked on how lovely the villa was - so thankyou Marco and Laura for letting us stay in this lovely villa in such a remarkable setting

Tuscany Vacation

This property was absolutely amazing. It is just like the pictures in the VRBO. We had a large group of friends and it was very comfortable with rooms and bathrooms for everyone. The scenery around the villa was very stunning and amazing sunrises and sunsets to watch. I highly recommend this as a getaway.

The property is off the beaten path but we found it with the directions from Marco. Once we got there, we got a tour of the property from various people, and then we settled in. The house is amazing, the views are stunning. We also opted for the chef made dinner and it was delicious. Everyone enjoyed it so much. We had some appetizers (charcuterie, bread, etc), green beans, pasta and Chianti beef...plus some semi-fredo and fruit for dessert.We also went for the cooking class and made ravioli (so much!) and stuff pork loin. OMG, it was so good.The property was amazing and we did some local hikes to the nature preserve. We used the pool and hot tub (tho, not so hot, oh well). Anytime I had a question for the owner, he answered right away.Saw lots of birds, a snake, a weasel (?), pheasant, sheep, horses and even a wild boar at night..I can't recommend this villa enough. Thanks MARCO!

Very beautiful and comfortable house

We had an amazing week in this house, we were 6 families together. All inside and outside was very appreciated. The view on the Tuscany is splendid. We can recommend you to order a pizza party. That was really delicious !

Fantastic property

We stayed in this beautiful villa with a big group of over 20 adults and kids, and it was perfect. The house is spacious, maintained well, with beautiful views of the hills and vineyards all around. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, both indoors and out.The pool was a major highlight. The outdoor dining area was ideal for long group meals, and the kids enjoyed exploring the grounds while the adults relaxed and enjoyed the peaceful surroundings.Our host, Marco, was very thoughtful and quick to respond to anything we needed. We’ll have a lot of special memories from our week at this villa. Highly recommend for large groups looking to enjoy the best of Tuscany together.

We all loved it. It has so many different areas to gather. A large well equipped clean kitchen. We all took turns cooking. Large bedroom's with beautiful views . The house was just a blessing to all of us. Quite ( except for us) beautiful views, lovely pool and hot tub. We will remember this vacation forever. Thank you Marco and Laura.

Perfect location for family holidays

We (12 adults and 1 child) had perfect holidays in this spacious house. We enjoyed the roomy and well equipped kitchen, the pool and the hot tub as well as the ample possibilities to eat inside or outside of the house. The owners gave us nice tips for restaurants around the location. A highlight was the vegetarian buffet we ordered for the last evening - we all could barely walk so much did we eat. We highly recommend this location, it is quiet, well maintained and staff and owner are very friendly. K

Spacious house in nature

The place is in the middle of a huge green area, ideal for those who want peace and quiet location. We were in group of 19 and there was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. Marco, the owner, is very attentive to all details and always around to help. House ammenities were a plus for those rainy days when we could not visit sorrounding Tuscan cities.

Panoramic Villa with breathtaking views

This property is in free heart of rural countryside and as it states, the last few miles are a dirt track. However, the property and views are worth it. Superbly equipped kitchen , lots of seating areas to appreciate the views . Beautiful sunrise and sunsets. Only 35 mins to Volterra. Recommend a car with good tyres.

11/10 recommend! We hosted our wedding ceremony and reception at this beautiful private villa with amazing views. Words can not even describe the perfection about our stay with all our friends and family. Communication with Laura to organize everything at a distance was great, and Marco was lovely and so kind to answer all our requests during the week! They recommended vendors for our wedding and it was wonderful. The food and service was great. There was so many places to enjoy the beauty of Tuscany. Everyone had a private bathroom and air conditionning. The rooms are comfortable. The kitchen is bigger than we thought and worked perfectly for our big group (however we did not really cook haha). Thank you for everything!!!

Semaine entre amis dans un environnement magnifique

Nous avons passé une semaine dans un lieu magique! La maison est entourée d'un paysage splendide à 360°. Pas un bruit à part celui de la nature. Du coup, le chemin pour y arriver est assez cabossé et il vaut mieux bien prévoir ses courses avant d'y arriver. Mais c'est le prix à payer pour cet environnement hors du commun. Nous avons également profité du service à domicile de menu et de pizzas. C'était délicieux et les cuisinières étaient très gentilles. La maison est très bien équipée et bien adaptée à un grand groupe. Je recommande!

The property and the owners exceeded all expectations. We hosted our wedding at the venue and housed all 16 guests. The house comfortably accomodated everyone with enough indoor and outdoor space to be comfortably spread out.The views are breathtaking and we spent multiple evening sitting under the pergola or in the hot tub watching the lightning storms roll theough the mountains. The hosts did a great job arranging the outdoor areas to take advantage of all of the natural beauty of the property.Marco and his family were unbelieveably accomodating hosts, going far above and beyond what we expected. We also booked the hosts catering partner for our wedding dinner, a pasta class, and a pizza night; Consuelo and her family were absolutely amazing and their cooking is lights-out. Beware though, like all italian chefs, they will make sure you have enough leftovers to feed a small army.To sum up our experience, this property including the hosts and the catering vedors were great! I woukd reccomend this to anyone and look forward to returning in the future!

Breathtaking countryside location

We were a group of 12 women and found Villanovia to be the perfect place. Some of our favorite things about Villanovia *panoramic views from all sides of the property *multple ourdoor seating areas, both for relaxing & dining/games *each bedroom/apartment has its own bathroom We had the villa chef, Mama Toscano, prepare 2 meals (pizza & Lasagna) and did a ravioli pasta making class. We loved the food and the cooking experience. We do not speak Italian so had a use google translate when needed, but it all went very smoothly. Before i booked the villa i had read other reviews about the road getting to the villa. It is a gravel road that is pretty rough/bumpy in places but we had no issues driving our cars on these roads. Just slow down, take your time and enjoy the amazing views. I would definitely return to Villanovia!

While the house is located far out in the Tuscan country side down a gravel road (closest small town is 15 away), it's location within Tuscany is unbeatable - 90 min from Florence, 25 min from Volterra - and Siena, San Gimingnano, Pisa/Lucca, wineries, beaches in between. The location is so peaceful and beautiful - bring bug spray for the mosquitos! A small price to pay for the views. Laura and Marco were very responsive and helpful. The place was spotless. Consuela and her family (Dominque is so sweet!) were AMAZING cooks - I would recommend doing the chef meals. One item of note - the 3 downstairs suites (Carraia, Mugnaia, and Volterrana) are only accessible from outside the villa - which is fine, we just didn't expect that. And Carraia does not have it's own kitchen, but it right next to a door to the house. Each room having it's own bathroom was a huge plus for our large group. I would recommend anyone to stay here!

Perfekte Unterkunft im Herzen der Toskana

Unser Aufenthalt war eine 11 von 10! Das Haus ist riesig, in schönem rustikalem Stil mit vielen Möglichkeiten zum Sitzen und zusammen sein. Es handelt sich um das letzte Haus, welches nach einer langen Straße kommt. Somit hat man seine Ruhe, man hört nichts außer Vögel und Grillen, die Aussicht ist atemberaubend mit Sonnenuntergang direkt hinter dem Haus. Zu beachten ist, dass man ca. 1 1/2 Stunden unterwegs zum Einkaufen ist, da die Schotterstraße ziemlich lang ist und man dort nicht so schnell fahren kann. Es bietet sich also an, die Köche mitzubuchen. Auf jeden Fall braucht man ein Auto! Wir haben den Pizza Abend gebucht und es war perfekt! Unglaublich leckere Pizza, keine Arbeit und man konnte einfach die Zeit mit allen genießen. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer und das Haus ist wirklich beeindruckend und umgeben von gepflegten und sauberen Grasflächen und Olivenbaumfeldern. Marco ist super lieb, er hat uns alles genau erklärt und war jederzeit hilfsbereit und ansprechbar! Wir hatten die perfekte Woche mit so vielen Leuten, da alle genug Platz hatten. Danke für Alles! Wir kommen wieder :)

The PERFECT Getaway!

My wife and I found and booked this house for our family and friends to join us for a celebration, and not one part of our experience was disappointing. We showed up late Friday night after a longer day of travel than expected, and we had people at the house waiting for us. They were very gracious and kind and I was communicated with the entire way. I was given a tour of the house and grounds and then we settled in. The house itself is huge and absolutely gorgeous. It’s a picturesque home with plenty of room and amenities. The following morning we got to see the unbelievable views surrounding the house and were shocked with the beauty. We had booked a dinner in house with the owners (which was an added cost) and it was such a great experience. The team that cooked was perfect and made us an amazing meal for our celebration. As for location we had a lot of options. There was a full grocery store about 25 minutes away in Volterra. Volterra also has a lot of shopping restaurants, and options. We drove to Cecina to the beach in about an hour, and up to Pisa in about 100 minutes. Florence is also only 90 minutes away. Overall, our entire experience was amazing. The owners communicated and answered all questions and gave us everything we needed to enjoy our trip. We were so happy with the entire experience and would definitely come back here. Grazie mille!!
