"My son and his wife and I stayed at this beautiful home. It was amazing. We loved every moment. We felt like doing a film or we were so inspired by the environment. It is so interesting and so beautiful and they chose the room with the pink curtains because it was like pink light was coming in. It was awesome and I slept so well and they slept so well. "The cabin was very comfortable and well-furnished. Plenty of hot water and a good shower. The air conditioner worked particularly well. The location was just what we were looking for—on the banks of a slough that connected to Big Cypress Bayou. We were able to put in right by the cabin, but we weren’t bothered by the boat traffic out on the bayou. "

"Charming house in great neighborhood in walking distance to town, shops & food. Host Lori (& hubby) have done a great job creating a cozy, comfortable home for guests. The way they documented the history & transformation of the Church House was really remarkable. We loved the history of the area! And all of the neighbors/business owners/workers were so friendly & helpful. We will be back as we didn’t have enough time to do everything we wanted to do."

"Had a lovely time at Sanders Lodge. Plenty of space inside and out to spread out, the lake is much more beautiful in person than the pictures give it credit. I wish that we could’ve stayed longer. "

"Absolutely amazing place! Right outside of town on a quiet corner of the lake. I will stay there from now on if it’s available."

"The property has been well planned by using a mfd home and adding floorspace to it. Amenities include a deck w hottub, a game room, a porch w outdoor tv, and the balcony overlooking the river. Great place to host friends and family!"

"This is the second time we have enjoyed staying at this property. There is nothing bad I can say about it. It's very welcoming, cozy, clean, and has everything you would want to have an enjoyable stay. The backyard is very cute and I wish it had not been so hot outside and so humid or we would have made good use of the included Grill. The backyard is also privacy fenced so that's very nice.
