Located at the foot of one of Viveiro's most beautiful beaches, with spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean and Area Beach itself, "Bungaleiro de Area" is a fully independent and complete guest house on a beautiful and well-maintained large private estate, very peaceful and shared with the main house. It has its own garden area and private porch, allowing you to enjoy the colorful surroundings without feeling a lack of privacy.

A welcoming and bright house, dominated by luxurious sea views, it has three bedrooms, a kitchen/dining room, a living room, and two bathrooms.

Charging electric cars is not allowed.

The property is located in a quiet, residential area, with a private entrance allowing you to walk from the garden down to a peaceful cove or directly to Area beach. Surrounded by other family-friendly properties, guests will enjoy a unique experience.

On Area beach itself, you'll find restaurants, beach bars, and lounges, carefully selected and chosen to create a balance between amenities, ambiance, and tranquility.

Charging electric cars are not allowed/ No se permite cargar coches eléctricos.

This property requires a € 200.00 security deposit. It will be collected separately by the property prior to your arrival or at check-in. The Security Deposit will be released after the Check-out (7days after the Check-out day)
