"We did not end up staying at the property. There was some miscommunication between the listing and our needs, which made the property not work for our needs. Perhaps due to translation? When we arrived, the host was prompt, the home was clean and in neat condition. The customer service was wonderful. The 4 star rating reflects this as I cannot truly review the property. "

"The Room was dirth and had to change rooms because of the curtains and soiled bed sheets. In the second room we had to clean everything by ourselves when you ask a second key for the room it is like asking a favor . Additionally they woke us up in the morning to tell us that a cockroach technichian wanted to access the room , when we mentioned we needed 30 minutes the receptionist started insisting mentioning he came specifically for this .
