"We stayed 4 nights/ 5 days and had to ask for our room to be cleaned daily.
When they "cleaned it" they did not vacuum, change the sheets or change the pillowcases. I know because my make up would get on the whote pillow cases and they were never once chsnged.
The morning breakfast is excellent. Far better than most hotels. The libby is super clean
The staff are super friendly. Always saying have a good day, or welcome back as you leave and return.
Now Ybro city part of Tampa is a low income...

"Property was very dirty. There was dog pee all over the hallways. The rooms were very nasty. All of our sheets and pillowcases had hair and body fluid on them. The tub was no longer white but yello/cream. Mold and pealing paint in the bathroom from shower moisture. I wouldnt even pay $40 to stay at this hotel very very unsatisfied. "

"We were booked into a handicapped room but did not request or need a special room. We talked to front desk staff and she dismissed us saying “all rooms are the same.”
She had no idea bed was low to ground etc. She moved us and room was much improved. "

"Due to flight cancellations, we were stranded at Tampa and needed accommodations where 2 people could work remotely. Not only was the room perfectly set up to host us for two days with a seperate bedroom, work station and dining table, the staff here is top notch! I cannot express enough how wonderful the front desk staff is!! Breakfast was perfect every morning and working from our room was easy and we were able to take calls without interrupting one another. "The breakfast manager and staff was not accommodating to disable guests. She was telling the staff to close down on me in a wheelchair that they were closed even though I was attempting at 9:45am to grab my own items. They just spoke in Spanish and guess what? I speak it too because I am Latina. I understood every word. Be careful who you speak ill of, don’t judge a book by it’s cover. "
