"Breakfast buffet had issues - coffee seemed to be in short supply and the sausage patties were burnt and inedible (unless you like hockey pucks). Wi-fi was wonky - had to reboot computer twice before it worked and had the same problem the next morning. Having to use keycard for elevator is annoying (especially when hands are full). Seems to be a new hotel which is not quite ready for prime time"

"Be sure to lower your standards. Room looked like a crime scene. I don't even want to know how many people overdosed in that bed. Dirty, in disrepair, COCKROACHES IN THE MICROWAVE! We didn't even stay. Checked out within 20 minutes and got another room elsewhere and immediately took a shower. Just skip this place"

"We had a very pleasant stay at Residence Inn Richmond Midtown/Glenside in Richmond, Virginia. The hotel was in a great location, only around 8 minutes driving distance from our daughter’s apartment, which made it very convenient for us. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We also really enjoyed the great complimentary breakfast each morning. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay in any Residence Inn."
