  • Wake up to the sea air and sunrise on the Virginia Beach boardwalk. Spend a week watching the waves roll in at the Dolphin Run. This unit is newly renovated with all the bells and whistles. Your family will love their stay here. The property is beautifully decorated with amazing ocean and inlet views throughout. There are TVs in every bedroom, and the kitchen is perfect for the chef in your family. Spend your evening enjoying a cool beverage and possibly a dolphin show! The well-appointed property is spacious and located within walking distance of all the resort area has to offer. There are nearby attractions like jet ski rentals, charter fishing, wonderful restaurants, shopping, and so much more. Your vacation memories start here!

    Community indoor pool, fitness center, elevator, and coin-operated laundry room on each floor of the building

    Bedroom 1: Primary, King bed and folding twin cot (no bed linens provided for cot) with TV and ensuite bathroom; Bedroom 2: 2 Full beds with TV; Bedroom 3: King with TV

    There is parking for one car only and the vehicle height restriction is 6'1.

Identification must be furnished upon request and Tenant is required to sign lease agreement with Agent which will be emailed upon booking. Family trip

The bones of the unit are great but there are some minor maintenance issues that need to be addressed. For our family, being on the quieter end of the boardwalk and so close to the playground was a plus. Overall, the unit and building were maintained well and the location is great.

The AC units did not cool down enough. They needed to leave at least one roll of TP so you had time to get to the store when flying in. You should have a drop off at the condo for the keys and parking passes. The swimming pool heater did not work and the pool was too cold to get in. We did have a great time in VA down at the beach. Great location to play on the beach.

Way over priced for what you get! Communication with the owner was poor, I messaged them via VRBO & email multiple times, no response until I called. Normally while renting a condo, you do have to provide trash bags, but when you get there, a trash bag will be in the main trashcan, not one trash bag in any trashcan. Things that were listed that weren’t included (hand soap)we wasted time packing and bringing and other things that were not on the list we didn’t pack as they weren’t on the list so we thought they would be there. The beds are like sleeping on a concrete slab, pillows are the oldest thinnest pillows I’ve ever seen in my entire life, found numerous bugs crawling on us while in the condo, we were given the Wi-Fi and password yet it would never connect. Therefore we couldn’t watch TV. The one TV that did bring up something random kept stopping to buffer. All the outlets we tried to use were extremely loose, they did provide USB ports in the one master bedroom, but this day and time with most things being connected by a C port or an outlet, that wasn’t much help. They provide you with one towel and one washcloth per person, if you’re staying over multiple days that’s not much help considering most condos have a washer and dryer within the condo, this place had a washer and dryer, but you had to pay for it, we had to go out and buy extra wash rags so we weren’t using the same each day. Will not be using this company again!
