Just Steps to the Beach!

  • Está a solo unos pasos de las hermosas playas de la bahía de Chesapeake o Chics Beach, la zona residencial y no turística de Virginia Beach con vistas al agua desde el balcón de la azotea. La zona de Chics Beach ofrece una gran variedad de restaurantes y vida nocturna. Si se aventura, todas las increíbles atracciones de Virginia Beach están a solo minutos de distancia en automóvil. La zona turística de Virginia Beach Oceanfront está a solo 20 minutos.     Esta casa espaciosa y bellamente renovada cuenta con 4 dormitorios y 3. 5 baños. Las 2 habitaciones de matrimonio ofrecen camas muy cómodas y balcones. El enorme dormitorio king tiene un colchón pedic Tempur, baño privado con una gran bañera de hidromasaje y ducha separada, e incluye un balcón privado con mosquitero. También hay una sala de literas con capacidad para 4. La sala de literas, una sala de matrimonio y la sala de rey están ubicadas en el segundo piso de la casa. El otro dormitorio de la reina se encuentra en el tercer piso. En la planta baja, hay un sofá cama con colchón de espuma de memoria. Toda la ropa de cama y baño se proporcionan para 12 personas.

Stayed here for a basketball tournament with my players and their families. It was perfect. The house had everything you would need and was super clean. The beach access was amazing!!!

Nicely equipped older property. Beds were very comfortable and everything worked. Access to the beach was an easy shady walk. The only negative for a large group was no single room would hold us all for a family meal. There were two kitchens which we found helpful. The hosts responded almost immediately to every request and were extremely helpful.

Lotsa room for families

Close to beach, plenty of parking, many bedrooms and rental group is very responsive. Highly recommend this property.

Great location, close to the beach and within walking distance of a few restaurants. It’s a bit dated, but as in most vacations, you’re mainly there to sleep.

Family time

Great location! Close to the beach in a nice quiet neighborhood. House was perfect size to hang out as a family, deck is a great place to enjoy. Wonderful memories were made.

Wonderful, Quiet Location for Family Vacation

The property was in the perfect location, a nice quiet neighborhood very close to a great beach. No crowds, walking distance to everything you need. The house was very spacious, clean, and all around a great place to stay for a large family!

Great vacation house

My family and I and another family shared the property. We had a great time! The back deck in the backyard are great. The outdoor shower is great. The large dining room room is perfect for big groups. I highly recommend this property for large groups.

Family vacation

With 9 adults and 9 grandkids there was more than enough space for everyone and the kitchens had everything we needed. On sunny days the beach was great and just a short walk away. On the rainy days we visited the aquarium and kids museum. Great place for a larger family vacation to the ocean.

Extended family vacation

We enjoyed a nice vacation with our extended family of 10 adults and 2 dogs. The house was well equipped with beach towels & chairs, grille, fenced in yard, and lots of room. Just a short walk to the beach and easy access to anything you may need. Thank you for a great stay!

Spacious house, accommodated all 12 of us with no problem. Lots of toys for kids, and parking for 5 cars. Internet, AC, & TVs worked well. Beds were OK, and kitchen equipment was adequate (we cooked a lot). Nothing fancy, and common areas are a bit dark due to orientation of house and neighboring homes close by, but nice neighborhood. 2-min walk to beach.

Great place to have family together and enjoy the beach at the same time.

Thank you for letting me use your home. It is beautiful and cozy. My sister from Colorado and my best friend from Texas really enjoyed the beach. Hope to get it again next year...

Great for a family beach vacation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The location was ideal for going to the beach everyday and our entire family felt comfortable and accommodated with the house. Lots of good restaurants in the area and even a few walkable bars. We loved how there were plenty of chairs, wagons, towels, and sunscreen for everyone. There were a couple small things that we needed to reach out to the owners for, but they were quick to respond and friendly. We would definitely stay again!

Just Steps to the Beach

We really liked the location. The beach umbrellas, chairs and wagons were very helpful with the two year old and all the kites and toys we took to the beach. The three tables allowed us to do puzzles, drawing and meals at the same time. This is a well equipped house. We look forward to returning to this property.

Family Reunion

My family was in town for a funeral. We came from different states and met at the house. There were 12 of us and the ages ranged from 90 to almost 2 years old. The location was perfect. The access to the beach was easy and the owners provided chairs, towels, umbrellas, sun screen, and a wagon to haul it all down. Chics Beach was a wonderful location for the children to play in the ocean. We would definitely consider renting the house again should the occasion arise.

Lovely Family Gathering

We had a fabulous week of family gathering. There was tons of room! Super close beach access. And we couldnt ask for nicer hosts! I think our only disappointments were: No ice makers or keurig, the dining tables were pretty rough, the porches weren't trustworthy and the closets and some of the dressers were dated, and our tub drained slowly.

Steps from beach

Well maintained property suited our needs perfectly. While we came prepared for sun, the provision of sunscreen and bug spray was well appreciated. Walked to beach daily with crew of kids 5-12; drove bikes to state park for trail ride; drove to North Beach one day for some bigger waves to boogie board on (but calmer bay waves were best for our whole crew), and wasn’t too crowded in either location. Double kitchen came in handy cooking for such a large crew. Did hear some late night rowdiness on our last night but was overall a great experience.

wedding weekend/ great time

we had a wonderful time. The house was perfect. WE could have used more lamps in the main room as it was dark unless we turned on the bright overhead light. The electrical outlets in the bathroom stopped working upstairs. Y ou might want to check that. But overall, all was well.

Awesome

Stayed in Va for a family get together and birthday celebration. The house was great with plenty of room for myself and family members. Altogether it was 20 of us and we were able to enjoy the house comfortably. It would definitely be a pick on out list if ever needed again. The only thing that I would say is the 2nd floor Queen bedroom’s tv was not working. Everything else was fine.
