  • Encantadora casa de playa con 3 dormitorios, 2 baños completos. El primer dormitorio es la Master Suite que tiene un baño adjunto, con una bañera de hidromasaje y ducha separada. Gran segundo dormitorio tiene su propia entrada privada con amplio espacio de almacenamiento. ¡El tercer dormitorio tiene literas, que los niños amarán! Hay un baño completo al final del pasillo con una ducha / bañera. La sala de estar tiene dos sofás, incluido un sofá cama. La cocina incluye todos los electrodomésticos nuevos de acero inoxidable con encimeras de granito. Le hemos proporcionado todos sus elementos esenciales de cocina. Fuera de la cocina hay una gran mesa de comedor con capacidad para 8 personas. Hay una ducha al aire libre, mesa de picnic y una parrilla de barbacoa de carbón para su uso. Incredible location! Furniture could definitely be upgraded and in need of cleaning. Most of it is in rough condition and has lots of stains. The cottage could really use some more basic kitchen accessories like oven mitts and enough toilet paper, toilet paper for your stay. Enjoyed our stay with the close proximity to the beach and nice outdoor space. The outdoor shower and beach accessories were great! Overall had a good vacation

We had a wonderful stay in this well appointed, spacious, and comfortable house. We were close to the beach, which gave us the flexibility to have a lovely time with our grandchildren and not have to travel by car or walk too far. We would certainly stay here again

Wonderful place to stay!!

The house had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our vacation. It was very clean and just a great place to stay. The very short walk to the beach was perfect too!! Not super close to the tourist attractions so it was wonderfully peaceful!

Great family friendly place to stay. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Access to the beach was amazing, short walk to the end of the street and you are right on the boardwalk. The beach was beautiful and clean. It's away from the major tourist part of the beach which we preferred. Highly recommend staying here.

Family vacay

This property was perfect for our family’s needs. It is close to everything without being in the party area of Virginia Beach. Loved the outdoor shower to rinse off the sand after the beach. We will stay here again if it’s available next time we come to VA Beach.

Great House & Amazing Location

The location and size of the property were exactly what we were looking for. If anything the beach was closer than expected, and was not very busy. The outdoor shower was great, and overall we were very happy with the stay.

Virginia Beach House

We had a great time at the beach in the house. We enjoyed the location north of the boardwalk and took several trips down. The beach access was great and we appreciated not having to cross any streets. The FiOS in house was also welcome and we didn't have any drops between the four of us.

Very, very nice stay - a short walk to the beach, and wonderful hosts - we forgot to empty a drawer of a few personal things and they found them and said they would mail them back to us. Very grateful for that. Full kitchen, laundry and just beautiful overall. It was a first floor level to a home rather than a separate cottage but even my teenage son said it was an awesome house to stay in. Thoroughly enjoyed our week there and wanted to stay much longer.

Relaxing beach vacation/stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the cottage. The distance to the beach was ideal. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The cottage offered everything that we needed and the online description was on point. Our stay there was just was we needed…quiet and relaxing. But it’s definitely close to all of the activities on the boardwalk. Can’t say enough good things about the owners and their communication as well as their helpfulness. Thank you for making our vacation special.

Our stay

We were not aware the rental was a multi-residence house but it was fine. The location to the beach was great. Unfortunately we only had a couple of good weather days to go to the beach.

Family getaway.

It was wonderful when we arrived to find a hot tub and the first thing we needed after a long drive was to dip into it but unfortunately it was not functioning, perhaps next time. sleeping quarters were cozy and comfortable also having a full functioning kitchen was a big relief for preparing breakfast and dinner.

Perfect stay!

Location, location, location! Away from the beach traffic and chaos-but close enough to enjoy it. Huge first level home-beautifully decorated. Love the use of the outdoor space. Easy walk to the beach- it was everything I could ask for. It felt like a seperate home - I would recommend the property to anyone looking for that “OBX” feeling in VB. Thanks so much- Laura

Great location, close to the beach

Our family enjoyed our stay at this property and it was so close to the beach.This made it easy to come and go as we pleased. The cottage was also close to amenities such as restaurants and shops while still being a quiet location along with the north end beaches. During our visit the air conditioning was not cooling as well as desired; however, the property owner was going to call for service as soon as possible. Although the location was great, the furniture and seating could use some updating. Adding some ceiling fans would also help tremendously with comfort in the summer.

Va Beach Northend Oceanside of Atlantic Ave

Comfortable ground floor apartment with two queen bedrooms and one room with bunk beds. Only one parking space. Kitchen inadequately equipped for cooking large family dinners. A few steps to the best beach on the entire east coast. House would benefit from new beach chairs and a good beach cart. A wonderful block with a neighborhood feel.

This is not a cottage. It is a multifamily duplex. The owners live on the upper floor, and the bottom is the rental. We had chosen this place thinking it was a single family house. We wanted a quiet home where our toddlers could get good naps and any nighttime crying wouldn’t disturb anyone. Disappointing.The kitchen is tiny and sparsely equipped. Makes cooking difficult.Outdoor shower area was a little cluttered and didn’t feel very private owing to it being a multifamily home.Cleanliness was ok.The location and beach were great.
