Spacious Layout for Multi-Generation Family Stays:

1st floor: Two bedrooms – each with two double beds; one of the bedrooms also has a private 3/4 bathroom. An additional full bathroom with tub is accessible in the hallway.

2nd floor: Large entertaining space with huge kitchen, spacious living room, dining area with wet bar, bathroom, and access to outside balconies.

3rd floor: Large master suite with a king bed, ensuite bathroom with a soaker tub, step-in shower, double vanity, and a toilet behind a privacy wall. Also, a small bedroom (8'x12') with a twin bed and a pull-out twin trundle.

4th floor: Cozy attic space with a full-size bed and a bathroom across the hall with step-in shower. This floor also has access to the rooftop deck with ocean views.

Plenty of room and our group just LOVED staying here. Only a block or 2 from the beach, right over a cute walking bridge to the beach. I could have stayed for weeks. The host was my ideal host; responsive, understanding and has the best, detailed property manual to handle the house in any capacity. Definitely one of my favorite stays

We needed a house close to Oceana, the beach, and restaurants. Location was perfect, house is well appointed and exceeded every expectation for cleanliness and comfort. The host was easy to communicate with. 100% would come back !!

Beach house was perfect location for a quick weekend getaway. We loved being able to walk over to Croatian beach for sunrise. Host was super responsive and allowed us to check in early and check out late which was a huge help!

A family of six spent the week at this property and had a wonderful time. There was a short walk to the beach (a couple of blocks). The neighbors were extremely friendly and offered suggestions when asked. The property manager was very responsive prior, during and post stay with any questions we had. The house is very spacious with a unique setup. Plenty of room for the six of us. We were a short ride to the boardwalk as well as other conveniences (Aquarium, Go-Karts, water park, grocery store, coffee, etc). The beds were comfortable. All the necessary dishes and utensils were available. Really enjoyed our stay and would go back again!

This is a beautiful house and great for a beach vacation. The host was responsive as well. Downsides: they only have one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and they don't have any toiletries. The attic bedroom window also doesn't have a curtain or blinds. Other than that it was great!!

The place was exactly what we needed for a group of 12 adults. Celebrated mom-grandma 95th Birthday. Betsy was awesome. Responded quickly with any questions that we had. Would highly recommend staying here. Will use again. Bed are comfortable. Enough bathrooms.

Our family had a great time at Croatan Beach House. The floor plan was really ideal for our family, lots of space to stretch. The Kitchen was well supplied, two coffee makers made our wake-up the best! Betsy did an excellent job communicating with us on any issues (Cox cable was doing some work outside). We really enjoyed the location and the ability to be close to the water. We are looking forward to returning next year! Craig/Connie

Close to beach and nearby attractions. House looks attractive from afar but needed more TLC in many spots. Porches needed replacing, wood rotting and loose. Some smaller bedrooms needed newer mattresses and showers with better temperature control. Gas grill was all rusted and cover ripped…unusable. Owner was very responsive throughout stay with issues that could be resolved while we were there..such as “green” water in hot tub (we couldn’t use it for 3 days before it was cleaned).
