The room was small, air vents were dirty and that's what gave the room a slight smell, floor was dirty. My socks ended up being very grimmy, Guest above us were drying their wet cloths outside and the water fell in our balcony. Someone was smoking weed or something from the rightside of our balcony 2 different days. The Ad listed onsite restaurant & bar but it was closed the entire time (False advertisement). The electric outlet in the livingroom is broken. The trashbin was just out there in the hallway everyday. When it rained there was a massive water leak in the hallway. I think you get the picture!!

The beach view and access was very good. The room next door had TV on all night loud, walls were thin. Kitchen had one fry pan that was old and pealing that needs replacing. Parking was fine next door and location was great. Overall it was a good stay.

Great price for a very lovely stay. Booking was a cinch, Ms. Burke is very attentive and responds quickly to any questions regarding the property. The 2 bdrm is very spacious, with 3 separate balconies, large jetted tub and full kitchen. Very professional staff, shoutout to Desmond and Andre, and great activities throughout the week. I will definitely return to this property.

Check in was easy, staff was friendly. Room was nice and clean. Being right on the boardwalk and beach was awesome. Loved people watching from the balcony and saw an amazing lightning show from the only storm we had during our stay. Cleanest beach I've ever been to and amount of lifeguards on duty couldn't make you feel safer! One of our best vacations ever!

Super location!On the beach, on the southern end of the board walk so less crowds, and several good places to eat within a short walking distance.The unit was very clean, and well stocked. It was perfect for the two of us.

Nice and clean with great view. Everything needed to stay in and cook for yourself and walking distance from multiple restraints. Check in was a-little tough with one lane in and so many guest checking in at the same time as I was, but we made it through it. Parking was across the street in parking garage.

Quick New Year Trip!

We had a quick trip to the VB shore! We had the best time. The location was beyond our expectations. The parking and amenities were great, even with the construction. We would book this again in a heartbeat.

Nice beach vacation spot!!

This condo is perfect for a beach vacation, right on the boardwalk and beach. Had everything we needed or front desk was very responsive when we asked for a couple of missing items like dishwasher pucks or towels. It could use repainting and a few repairs to outside door (rusted from sea salt) but overall very nice and clean. Even hide- a-bed mattress was very comfy memory foam. We enjoyed the complimentary coffee and cold drinks from machines in lobby! Nice touch.
