"The location of the Nelson Lofts is ideal for concert goers, restaurants and bars are everywhere. Our family had two units rented and we did have an issue getting into this unit, but the host, Tim, responded to my text immediately and the problem was resolved. We will continue to rent these lofts when visiting the Quad Cities. They are great!"

"Wonderful stay. Easy check in, seamless communication w/ host and a prime location downtown Davenport. We had one of the kids forget a pair of air pods and the host was more than willing to help us try to retrieve them. 10/10 will stay here again."

"The property is meticulously maintained. The views of the river were claming after a long day of travel, the cabin was extremely comfortable, quiet and relaxing. Everything you could possibly need is present. My opinion is this place is a bargain for the price. Definately beats a hotel hands down. If I return to the area, I will definately book again! Thank you for your hospitality "

"Check in and out are very easy. The kitchen doesn’t even have salt and pepper, so you do need to bring all ingredients if you are cooking. The location of the bathroom is odd it is down a hallway behind a door with an alarm. It feels like you are going into the private space of the other side of the duplex, but the host assured us it was exclusively ours. We were told at check in that we couldn’t use the deck because it might not be safe. Still for the price, we were satisfied. "

"My family loves the Nelson Lofts. It is clean and supplied with everything we need. The host is friendly and responds very quickly if contacted. The location of the loft is so convenient to concert venues, restaurants and bars. We highly recommend the Nelson Lofts!"

"Quiet and tranquil. Easy check in and out. Everything was clean and neat. Chairs and beds were comfortable. "

"Such a great space! I think it’s even better than advertised! It’s in a very convenient location near restaurants and breweries. Great host communication as well! Would 100% stay again if I’m in the area!!"

"This is an older property that is spotless. You are out of town, but that gavea beautiful country peacefulness. The hosts had an amazing array of toiletries, condiments, spices and snacks we were covered for anything we might have forgotten. The only issue (for some)would be the steps into the home, and to the pool. There are more than we thought and a handrail would have helped ou group as we aew older. That said we would happily stay again."

"Tim responded quickly to questions. Place was clean and furnished well. I am a clean freak so i was happy to actually smell the cleanliness of an older building. Very satisfied"

"Stayed here after attending John Deere Classic. It was perfect. Close to our bus pick up location, very clean and had a great coffee shop a block away! It was a Sunday night stay and did hear 3-4 trains but they supplied ample ear plugs if you needed/wanted them. Great communication."
