Welcoming and clean hotel. They provide pool and beach towels. Pool is so nice and beach access is wonderful. Staff very friendly with breakfast at 7 am with great variety.

The room is nice, but housekeeping is not very good. The cleaning was done half way so the floor was still dirty and the countertops weren’t cleaned all the way. The pool and lazy river are great and clean. The chairs and tables around the area are nice. There was a bird poop problem that they didn’t clean the bird poop off some chairs though. The staff is nice, but majority of the events planned at the resort to do either was canceled last minute or just not done at all and the staff did not care or try to host them either. The food sucks, highly suggest eating off the resort. The worse French fries of my life that they serve with their combos, absolutely disgusting. Extremely over priced for bad food and drinks. The drinks are good just over priced. They do have a convenient store though to buy things more reasonable at. The events that they did do were good, it was just getting the staff to follow the schedule and actually do the activities was the problem. The beach is nice and they have an area to rinse your feet off after getting off the beach. The water had seaweed but that’s expected some. We would stay here again for sure, we’d just be more prepared for the food and drinks problem and not have expectations for all the activities. Just have your own agenda of activities to do off the resort a day or so and I think it’d be fine. Definitely advise having your own small cooler. The staff is relaxed and nice.
