Much needed get away

We had a wonderful visit. Property was exactly as described, clean with a great layout. Smart TVs and Jacuzzi were a big hit with grandkids. We all had a wonderful time. And we even won at the casino!

Property was nice but the TV in the living room wouldnt hook to the wifi and from the pics it was close to the water but the water was not accessible. But all around i would recommend the property to more guests.

We enjoyed our stay. Didnt understand the ac fan always blowing. No extra blankets. Media room tended to be warm but realized there is no vent for cooling. We were fairly comfortable.

Very quiet. Trailer was clean and nice. 4 TVs but could only get one to work. I am not into streaming TV and that is you only option, that I could make work. I was able to grill 1 meal before running out of propane. Hot tub worked. Floor in trailer is getting pretty soft in places. Overall it worked but I don't believe I would stay there again. With it being cold TV was a big thing. Not a great 44th wedding anniversary but not terrible.

Peaceful Home Away From Home

It was an absolute wonderful experience for my kiddos and I! I needed a getaway to do absolutely nothing, that is exactly how it was and under comfortable circumstances. Thank you for being so accommodating! We will be back!

This place is finished with everything you need. Food is all you need.

Finished very well. On a very shaded lot. Fishing near by. Fenced back yard for pets. A very relaxing place for 2 or 6 or more. More relaxing and very well finished NICE. Hope to go back again.

Cozy, Quiet and Relaxing

Even though this property is in a neighborhood it sits on an acre lot and very quiet. The house is very neat and clean. The kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck and the hot tub was a big plus. All correspondence with the owner was prompt and very courteous. Would definitely stay again.

Need Privacy Fence in back!!

Nice Getaway with friends, cute and cozy looking place. Hot Tub area in the back need a PRIVACY FENCE ASAP!!! A little uncomfortable knowing the neighbors can SEE EVERYTHING no privacy....But overall it was a nice 6hr trip away with my friends for my Birthday!! I would go again I loved it!!

Great family Vacation

We stayed on 2/19/21 just to take a family weekend together and get a way. Between the bad weather and covid, our precious kids have had quite the past year in their little lives. So much has changed for them we just wanted to show them that we could still have a family outing. The kids had a blast in the hot tub and they loved getting in while there was snow on the ground. I couldn't keep my 7 year old son out of that hot tub! He just loved it. Needless to say we will be coming back again. Great place and everything was very accommodating for a family. Toni Egerer

Just as advertised. Owners have gone above and beyond trying to make this place as nice as possible. Little hard to just watch TV as Husband must be a tech person. But nice place.

Stay at Grand Lake

When we arrived we had a bit of trouble with the entry lock. I was able to contact the property manager and she got us in right away. Once we entered we noticed a problem with the AC and called the property manager she got a repair man on it quickly. The property well kept and lots of space with the big yard and nice size rooms throughout the house. It was very convenient my sister lives just up the street on the lake so we had a boat ramp and access to the lake and swimming. Made for a nice vacation. Thank you and I look forward to staying again.

Nice time at Grand Lake

We really enjoyed the house. The hottub was amazing. Both porches were really nice for enjoying the outdoors, depending on the time of day. We even had deer in the lawn more than once. My only complaint would be that the short walk to Grand Lake led to a huge cliff with no real water access I really wanted to kayak at sunrise but will keep this in mind for future visits. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and it was very peaceful.
