"Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Rooms were clean and lovely. Dinner was exceptional. Breakfast was equally very good. The gym was great if you want to Exercise. The pool was lovely and the perfect place for a swim. I would highly recommend staying here. You won’t be disappointed."

"Charming boutique hotel, beautifully decorated and appointed, with friendly attentive staff. Situated on a beautiful street which has a night food market at one end each night. My only regret is that I don’t stay longer. The laundry service and tour booking were also excellent. "

"Great hotel in a nice, quiet area in Hue. The staff was amazing also. I booked only 1 night. But that first night there I had a medical emergency - kidney stone attack - and the night manager rushed me to the international hospital’s ER in town for treatment. He even stuck around with me longer than he needed to ensure I was ok and made sure I had a room for the next day once I was discharged. Excellent level of service and hospitality, kind staff, and a clean, quiet and beautiful hotel!"

"We had a two night stay at the Mondial Hotel Hue.
The staff were amazing.
They were very welcoming and said hello everytime we saw one of them. They were very attentative as well.
Our room was very good and we had a garden terrace as well, which was beautiful.
We had Wi-Fi, air conditioning and the usual amenities. "

"Good hotel around 15min walk to night market/drinking street. Road closes in the evening so good. Everything we needed for a short stay but I stayed on the 11th floor which can be noisy in the morning as restaurant is above. The view of HUE and room balances it out. Recommended for a short stay away from the night market."

"This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, there was a strong musty smell that made the room feel uncomfortable. The worst part was the bed, the bedsheets had a lot of ants, which was really disturbing. I couldn’t stay in those conditions and had to leave just 2 hours after checking in."

"The establishment was closed when I arrived around 10:00pm from completing the Hai Van pass. I had to ask the neighbours to call the proprietor and let me into my room. The room was dingy, had no toilet paper, no blankets, no drinkable water, and looked disreputable to the extent that I suspected bed bugs. The exterior photo is completely false and the interior photos are extremely misleading."

"We truly loved the blend of modern comfort and traditional charm at this homestay. The design is elegant, the environment is peaceful, and everything is maintained with great care. Complimentary bicycles are also available, which made it easy and fun to explore the surrounding area. It’s the kind of place where you naturally slow down and enjoy the moment. That small addition would make it perfect. Even without it, our stay was unforgettable, and we would recommend this homestay to anyone...
