  • Gorgeous updated apartment only a 5 minute walk from downtown Vineyard Haven. Enjoy a large outdoor deck with distant (and partially obstructed) views of the harbor, on-site parking, beautiful decor, and a fully-equipped modern kitchen. The apartment is set back behind a small cottage and above an architect’s office, so there is plenty of privacy despite being near town. There are restaurants, shops, a grocery store, bike rentals, and a couple harbor-facing beaches only a few blocks away. You can also easily walk to and from the primary ferry terminal (5 minutes). The apartment comes equipped with beach chairs, beach umbrellas, towels & area maps.

    NOTE: This apartment is located on a property with two other rental spaces on it. There is a single family house in the front, and a mixed use building in the back. The first floor of the building is a commercial office space, and the 2nd floor is the subject apartment. There is plenty of privacy, but guests should be aware that other tenants and vehicles do share the driveway.

Easy walking distance to ferry landing and great Vineyard Haven shops and restaurants, bike rental, the museum. Owner is responsive and communicative. Stairs up to the second floor were fine for us because we are runners & bikers. A great place to stay.

Excellent stay. Exactly as described. Host shows a lot of attention to detail to make this comfortable listing. Love that it was remodeled and not “vintage”. Convenient to everything in VH and public transportation. I would rent again.

Vineyard Haven

Loved this rental. So clean and beautiful. Comfortable beds and everything you might need is there. Not the best view from front door but location was fabulous and walkable to everything. Loved it!

What a gem! The apartment was welcoming, well equipped and extremely clean. The location in Vineyard Haven was perfect- a quiet retreat but 3 minute walk to everything. The host was extremely helpful with recommendations. We will return.

Perfect Last-Minute Getaway

We're very happy we found Mike's apartment on VRBO. It's spotless, well-appointed and very comfortable. After travelling from PA to MV, it was so nice to just unpack and be able to explore the island! Thanks for everything you do, Mike, to make your guests feel welcomed!

All around great stay

The apartment was bright, clean, and comfortable. The location is ideal - shopping and food are easily accessible by foot. Mike is friendly and accommodating. He communicated with us via text throughout the stay. Highly recommend.

First timers .. we will be back!

This property was actually as described. Everything you would need for a great vacation. It’s location was easy in and out for seeing the entire island. Perfect size for us while traveling with our adult daughter. Walking distance to downtown Vineyard Haven for coffee in the morning. Mike, the property manager checked in with us multiple times which was extremely kind. We will be back.

Perfect MV getaway!

This property was perfect for our family of 4 - walking distance from VH ferry (if needed) and includes a parking spot if you brought your car. Mike, the owner, was super helpful and accommodating to our needs and went out of his way to make sure our trip was a great one. The home was outfitted with all the amenities we could need. Linens, beach supplies, a nice keurig machine (and pods), smart TVs, laundry and AC. We wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely be back again!

Perfect getaway, great location!

The apartments matches the description and is impressive. Mike checked on us frequently via text and offered great restaurant recommendations which were within walking distance. We really appreciated the beach umbrella, chairs and towels. We had friends with us who were new to the island and Mike’s place left a good impression. We all plan to return!!

Beautiful Space Close to Everything

The apartment was easy to find and was very well appointed. Close to 5 corners and VH ferry. Quiet space. All the comforts of home. You need to be able to do stairs. But would absolutely recommend. Host was super accommodating and responsive. A great rental.

Fantastic Stay!

Great location…walk to so much! Very nice 2 bedroom! Family of 4 (2 college-age kids) and it worked out fine. Well appointed (no dishwasher), comfy beds, secluded front deck and owner a dream to work with!! Knowledgeable about MV and the places to check out if a newbie. He also owns a very popular restaurant on the island, so please be sure to visit as well. You won’t be disappointed. Just a fantastic place to stay!!

Just Got Home & Ready to Go Back! Great Property!

We loved this place! I'm no stranger to visiting Martha's Vineyard but this was my first time staying in Vineyard Haven. Loved it. This location was perfect we were able to quickly walk to downtown Vineyard Haven and enjoy the great food and waterfront. I have also visited VH before but staying here provided the opportunity to explore places I haven't been! So location was perfect. The host was very informative and was very much in touch with us. We needed nothing while staying here for our 3 night getaway with the girls. The house was well appointed and had all we needed. Everything was clean and styled nicely! From our windows and deck we could see the Steamship Authority passing along! Very very clean & very comfortable. I've stayed in many rentals over the 27 years I have been coming to the island, but I will say this is the first to have all the items in the kitchen all in nice condition. I didn't do much cooking this trip but I always check to see what a place has in case I do. Everything was in such great condition! I would suggest staying here and I plan to come back soon!

Nice, quiet location

Mike is easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The space was clean, quiet and just a 5 min walk from the ferry and other great restaurants and shops. We took a few Ubers to oak bluffs and Edgartown with no issues. Will be back!

Excellent, excellent, excellent

Everything was absolutely wonderful about our stay! We loved it! Everything was spotless and recently renovated. It is a super quick walk from the ferry abs Main Street of Vineyard Haven and an easy Uber ride to Oak Bluffs. Mike was a wonderful attentive host who made sure we had everything we needed. Be sure to check out his restaurant as well The Barn! Great food! Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return!
