  • LOCATION! Super cute, freshly renovated & professionally decorated 2+ bedroom Vineyard cottage w/ parking, just 2 blocks from downtown & all the action! Shops, restaurants, supermarket, harbor beaches & the main island ferry terminal are all literally just down the road. There are also powerboat rentals next door as Safe Harbor Marina. The cottage has 2 small bedrooms w/ queen beds & flat screen smart TVs. The living room has a media wall w/ a large TV & electric fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, toaster, blender, plates, silverware, pots & pans, and anything else you may need to cook meals at home should you decide to do so. There is another room upstairs w/ a workspace, small reading area & daybed for a guest. All rooms have brand new mini-splits for ice cold air conditioning. There is on-premise parking for 2 cars.

The perfect downtown stay on the vineyard! Walk to everything, steps from the black dog, and a/c in every room for those hot summer days. Plus the back patio was a darling little oasis to relax with a glass of wine. And Mike was so communicative and wonderful checking up on us if we needed anything. Would absolutely stay again.

This was the perfect place for a weekend on the island. Great location and my son loved the upstairs rooms to play in.

The host was so friendly and helpful when we had questions about the HVAC. Mike was so informative about the area and restaurants and activities too. We loved every moment of our time here, it’s our family’s favorite island for sure. We were able to walk into town and to restaurants so easily. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Wonderful Property and Host

We had a wonderful stay! The house is adorable, sparkling clean, and the cute backyard was a fantastic bonus. The host was incredibly accommodating and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay at this adorable home. It was thoughtfully decorated and well appointed. Very close to the ferry and the Martha’s Vineyard museum.

We absolutely loved his property it was everything that we wanted and more the photos were exactly what we got and not only was a charming and quaint, but it really truly made our weekend once to remember 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Lovely cottage , spotlessly clean and newly renovated . There was off street parking and a lovely little patio out back as well as an outside shower with amazing water pressure. This home is just a 5 minute walk from all the restaurants, shops and ferry in Town .The owner had great communication skills and was very accommodating! I would definitely recommend staying at this property .

Not only was the property clean and nicely renovated with all the amenities the owner went above and beyond by helping me plan my journey to and from. Great property and even better property management. I would absolutely recommend this property.

Location was key! Walking distance to Vineyard Haven. Not a big place but it was very smartly laid out and organized for our family of 5. Two bedrooms upstairs great for the kids. There is NOT a trundle upstairs like I assumed. The bed has drawers for storage. Two main bedrooms downstairs are good sizes w just enough space to hold a carry on or duffle bag for clothes. Kitchen is fully equipped. No dishwasher but supplies to clean and lots of dishes to cook and eat with. Ice maker in the freezers helped to pack the cooler that was provided. Beach towels and chairs were such a huge help!Outdoor shower and sitting area also helped make the space feel larger! Owner was super responsive and flexible. We would stay here again!

Lovely cottage, so well decorated, very charming and cozy. Had everything you needed. Appreciated the Dunkin’ Donuts coffee pods.

Martha’s Vineyard

We stayed in Vineyard Haven for 5 nights. This house was a perfect spot for us. Had everything we needed and a nice easy stroll to the ferry and bus. The bed was amazing- haven’t slept that well in 20 years. Cool back patio. Super quiet. If ever back there would definitely stay again.
