"For being in a 9/10 location right in Paris it was great. The bed was super comfortable and everything was clean and elegant. I knew getting the place that there is no front desk and even though they give you detailed accurate instructions as to how to use the QR code to check in, it is a bit of a learning curve. I personally like having a front desk and it would be quite tricky if you lost or damaged your phone but the process works as the host describes and they are very helpful. Excellent...

"El departamento que nos tocó estaba en el segundo piso del edificio B, nos hizo sentir en un ambiente muy parisino, éramos 4 personas: dos adultos y dos adolescentes y el espacio era justo.
El departamento Cuenta con refrigerador y estufa que ayuda para mantener o calentar algunos alimentos que compres previamente para cuando llegas agotado o muy tarde de los tours, eso es de mucha ayuda. La regadera y baño todo bien, hay agua caliente o fría (por cierto era muuuy fría 😅)

"Great location near Notre Dame, shopping, and a courtyard with several nice restaurants. Walkable and safe neighborhood near metro and LGBTQ bars. Staff is very friendly, helpful, and speak English well. Front desk provided great recommendations for restaurants, helped book transport from Gare du Nord and to CDG airport. Hearty breakfast included, bar is open at night, spa available. Only negative is we had our credit cards compromised by their third party booking agency."

"フロントスタッフが居ない事、部屋の清掃、タオル交換が別料金である事を予約前に確認すべきでした。格安なホテルのこのシステムが今一般的なのでしょうがスタッフとの連絡が取れないのが大変不便でした。 特にセイフティーボックスが故障した緊急事態でも「スタッフは行けない」「電話をしろ」との返答をエクスペリアを通して伝えられただけでした。 部屋は新しく清潔でキッチンも整っておしゃれなタイニーハウスの様で快適です 観光拠点にも最高でしたが不安だらけの滞在でした。"

"The kitchen really came in handy, even if it was a bit small. Overall it was pretty good, the staff in the reception were lovely and very helpful, there was free coffee and tea, the terrace was stunning and the room itself was great. Would totally recommend!"
