"Because there is really only someone on-site for a few hours a day, it can be a nightmare checking in if they haven't gotten around to setting up your reservation. They depend on a lockbox and giving you an envelope with your key card. They say that you can call a phone number for help but actually that number is only available after about 8 PM or so, which makes it quite difficult to get any help if no one is there. I suspect this might be a particular problem on Mondays.

"We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit for 13 nights. The area was safe and the public transportation was readily available m. The property was clean, modern and quiet. The room has blackout curtains and wooden shutters so we all slept very well. The gym was small but well maintained. The breakfast buffet was not worth the price and the house keeping staff wasn’t the friendliest. Overall, our family of 4 enjoyed staying there."
